This laptop has all the powers. It has a fast processor, plenty of memory, it runs fast, no problems, except that it was the display model and I know the batteries are supposed to last at least 9 hours while I'm doing my school work on it and it has only lasted 5 hours. I took it to the geek squad and they will send it out to Asus for a battery replacement. I do not want to exchange it since I got it at a special price. This is a wonderful laptop fast, lots of space, and an awesome value for the price. I haven't seen another one out there that matches it so far. The only thing it's missing is a pen function and an NVIDIA GeForce 1060 graphics card. I guess you can't have everything in a super slim laptop. It is wonderful so far, battery issues aside.

It's a perfect package for students who are looking for a good deal with great functioning in terms of processor, RAM size and touch screen and of course the size of 13.3 inch is what makes it more handy and light weight. I would definitely recommend this product to other people.

I needed a "back-up" computer as my everyday laptop unexpectedly crashed and I realized I was lucky not to have lost more than I did. I didn't want to spend a fortune, and I didn't need something with top-grade features; I simply wanted a decent hard-drive with a keyboard, a machine with more meat to it than a tablet. The first one I bought was totally inadequate (my review of it, a Lenovo, is posted here on Best Buy). I went back to the drawing board and ended up with this Asus. I was leery of Asus, having had a bad experience with an Asus Transformer several years ago. Well, times have changed; the old Asus didn't have a Windows op-sys, but now they do, and for me, it was the make-or-break factor. I had not wanted to spend as much as I did, but I found that you do indeed get what you pay for. Even so, I feel this model is somewhat over-priced. My everyday laptop is a Dell Inspiron, with all the bells and whistles; it's just about a year old. This Asus cost nearly as much as the Dell had, but isn't what I'd think of as top-loaded. The screen is very good, with depth and clarity. It's a reasonable size, about what you'd expect from a laptop. It does seem to be a bit fingerprint-y, easily retaining fingermarks. By and large, the computer has essentially what I need in a machine on the go, convenient, with sufficient ports, camera / mic, etc. If you're familiar with Windows 10, you'll already know how to install and run programs on this Asus. If you're not, it's easy to learn, especially if you've used other Windows. And if you're familiar with a touch-screen, you'll find this one has a good "feel" to it and responds well. If you've not yet had a laptop with a touch-screen - you're in for a treat. After using them for the last couple of years, I would never go back. I gave the Asus four stars - partly because to my mind, five stars means "Perfect," and I doubt any computer is perfect. I'm also not convinced (yet) it's good value for the money, because I don't know how well it will perform over the long haul (I've had it several weeks now, but not all that long). And it does have a couple minor flaws that reduced it from a five-star potential to a four-star rating. Pros: size; weight; monitor clarity; speed. Cons: "clacky" keyboard; no backlight; fingermarks; cost. I'm not hard on computers, at least I don't think I am. I don't demand intensive graphics or high-tech features - I don't livestream videos, I don't play sophisticated games. I was looking for a "spare tire," a computer that would back up my files, enable me to access them on demand, and fill-in as a sturdy laptop if my primary one goes belly-up. I deliberately didn't get a second Dell - nothing wrong with them, but I figured if I was going to spend the money, I should branch out and see what else is out there: I've been a loyal Dell customer for the better part of twenty years, but their customer service is decidedly lacking these days. The biggest issue for me: I still can't get past the price of this model. I bit the bullet, but I'm not happy about the cost. However, except that the keyboard is a bit noisy and there's no backlight on it, it's a decent machine. As I noted earlier, the screen seems to pick up fingerprints more than the Dell's screen does, but not excessively, so it's not a big deal to me. The true test will be how long and how well it holds up. If it outperforms the Dell (which at the grand old age of eight months was already acting up) and continues to run well after a couple of years, I may come to feel that it was money well spent. Time will tell. Overall, his nifty Asus does just what I need it to do. I only wish it hadn't cost so much.

This computer is light weight, easy to take along wherever I go, and can turn to become a tablet in an instant, which makes it an effective tool for my work as a teacher. I can use it with out without a mouse or as a touchscreen, whatever the situation calls for.

So far, this 2 in 1 has been perfect. It is very small and mobile with the touchscreen working perfectly. The battery seems to last forever, 10+ hours easily. For the money (paid $999), it seemed to be the best deal available and hasn't let me down yet.

I've used this laptop for business travel and it has performed very well. I like how light and compact it is but even better is the processing speed. An added bonus is the quality of the graphics. I'm purchasing another one for a business partner.

Wonderful 2-in-1 PC! Super light, extremely capable, and beautifully designed. A bonus: one each full-sized USB and HDMI ports for quick hookup to legacy peripherals. A ding: fingerprints show up all over the graphite-colored surfaces.

This is a great laptop. It's lightweight, good clarity indoors or out, boots very quickly. It even comes with a fingerprint reader which makes logging in quick and easy. With 16GB of RAM and a 500GB SSD it's everything I needed in a laptop.

This computer had everything I was looking for. The 13 in screen, 7th gen i7, 512 solid state drive, and 16 gigs of memory. Only drawback is that the case does show finger prints but they easily come off with the included micro cloth.

This is one of the most powerful computers available in a very small and lightweight package. Using solid state drives is a must anymore vs the normal larger hard drives. Very fast starting up and shutting down.

This laptop is super thin and light. Very impressive battery life. It is so thin that it does not have a VGA port. I had to buy an HDMI cable to connect to a projector. I am very pleased with this laptop.

I bought this computer for my son who will be studying civil engineering. He needed a computer that will handle the large programs he will need to download, but didn't want a large, bulky computer. Originally, I was going to buy the newer model, but found this one on line for cheaper. And the bonus of $100 of for college students made it cost even less. It's a better computer for him than the newer model in that it has the old USB and the new USB port so he doesn't have to carry around an adapter as the newer model only has the new USB ports. Perfect size screen and very thin, lightweight computer. The guy at Best Buy was very helpful and knowledgeable about what my son needed. He absolutely loves it!

I'm a diehard Lenovo guy and was in the market to replace my T410 after 6 solid years. I was hesitant to go with Asus at first, but felt better after doing my homework. Regarding the Q324, the specs are what first got my attention. The bang for your buck is phenomenal when compared to my gf's macbook or any of the Lenovos currently available. It also looks better than any of those other options, IMO. Zero issues thus far, and the fan speed that everyone complains about isn't a big deal; especially if you're using this laptop anywhere else other than a quiet library. The processor speed is very fast, the screen resolution is great, and the ports/jacks are very practical. Highly recommended.
