The Q324UA is a fantastic laptop for the money. 16gb DDR3 memory. 512 ssd SATA hard drive. nice screen resolution. Great keyboard. Battery life still varies all the time. Sometimes shows over 10 hours than all of a sudden shows 4 hours than back to 8 hours. Hopefully a software update will fix that. Now about ASUS. I have owned ASUS products a long time. They make great stuff. BUT!!! Their warranty and customer service is poor. Best Buy sells open Box items advertising with full Manufacturer warranty. However. ASUS will only give you a 90 day warranty not a full one year warranty. This is totally unacceptable for a $1200 LAPTOP. ASUS support website needs work also

The ASUS Q324 laptop or tablet is a great blend of computing power and lightweight modern applications. Reading books, browsing the web, undertaking analysis, creating a Powerpoint or writing books can all be done on this machine with the greatest of ease. Very impressive.

This tiny machine has power to spare. I am very impressed with its speed. As a developer, the two most important specs to me were the CPU and RAM. The i7 and 16GB of RAM give me plenty of capacity for running all my dev tools at once. I dual-boot Ubuntu and Windows on it, and both are snappy no matter what is running. Beyond the computer specs, the build quality is excellent. The all-metal body gives a premium feel, and the notebook feels solid without being too heavy. The screen has a good, sturdy hinge. The touch screen is responsive, and I love using it in Tablet Mode on Windows. It's honestly the only reason I kept Windows loaded. The touchpad is great. Speakers are loud and clear. The backlit keyboard is a really nice touch. USB Type-C is a definite plus, and it's nice that there are still 2 Type-A ports so we're not forced to buy dongles for everything (*ahem*). If I had to choose a con, it would be that the fan can be noisy, but I'm reaching. Other than that, this notebook is absolutely perfect, and at half the cost of lower-performance, fruit-labeled machines. Highly recommended.

I looked at everything for a slim, lightweight laptop. Apple offers too little for the money, and even though I wanted to avoid the scourge of Cortana, I moved on to pc's. HP's offerings looked like gaudy pinky rings. Lenovos were crippled by poor keyboard layout (returned one). Finally, after doing some more on-line research, I found that Asus is second to only Dell in reliability and customer service. The machine is quick to boot, 15 seconds, and silent in operation. Sound quality is excellent, and the keyboard layout is great. No heat issues and the flip screen is flawless. I have yet to attempt a dual boot with Linux and will update my review once I try. All in all, I would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful laptop. I purchased it for my daughter who was starting her first year of college.

This computer is great and is all in one. I love that I no longer have a tower taking up space. The touch screen is also an added bonus. I also appreciate the wireless mouse and keyboard. Very easy to set up and use.

My trainer had this computer and recommended it to me. It is able to handle all our court reporting needs - speedy processor, lots of memory, GREAT audio. I already recommended this laptop and 5 people have since bought it! I think I should get an ASUS referral fee (J/K)
