Problems after 10 months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My sons new laptop is nice and he loves the options on it, but I was so glad we purchased the protection plan! After 10 months of little use, the hard drive went out. Fortunately, with the plan, the hard drive was replaced. Not sure about the quality of this model but I know I'll continue to renew the plan each year!

Nice, concise pc that is easy to setup and operate

These units are left in company vehicles throughout all year in various temperatures and construction sites. We get several years out of each one we buy. For me being in IT for the company, it is nice to not have maintenance issues. Most of the issues, usually all user error, are solved by the user. It stays durable, with readable keys on the keyboard, after years of use.
