Thanks to Best Buy I got the best deal and information I needed for the correct computer purchase. The laptop is like a large tablet or computer, does not have CD drive but not an issue. At 1st windows 10 was a bit to get use to but NOW a breeze with touch screen. Once you tweek the computer to your liking it is amazing!

I hardly ever use it as a tablet it's almost too large. I do like the backlit keyboard, and I'm getting used to the setup of the keys - it's not the same as a plug-in or wireless keyboard. It's doing me very well, however I'm sure there's lots of features and capabilities I haven't found or know how to use yet!

She wanted a traditional laptop to replace the Surface Pro2 we have been using, but liked the 2-in-1 features this unit provides. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was more for the additional software (antivirus) from BestBuy, for some reason I kept getting reminders to install the software after I already did - this was a bit annoying.
