Great service and quality, easy to use and set up.

I am a college student who has more online classes than in class courses. I'm able to easily multitask with different programs. The tablet mode is a little more difficult to multitask on. This computer has been great for my studies.

I like the computer but had to get mouse ajusted, help with getting office to install and problems with the big E browser so they helped me install chrome. Have not had much time to work on it. hope it will continue to work well.

Another family member has an Asus couple years older and really likes it for college so we figured it would be good for a second member. After the sales team explained the features we were sold on getting a second Asus laptop.

Overall good laptop. Have not been able to get the num lock to work. I have not had a chance to contact the Geek Squad about the issue. SInce it is a new laptop this should not have been a problem out of the box.

I use my laptop at home and on the go. The Asus is a easy to take along. It works well in the laptop and tablet mode. I purchased it to replace my older laptop and hoped it would work as my tablet, cutting down on how many electronic devices I have to carry. Excellent choice.

I am a teacher. I purchased this laptop because I needed to take an extended leave of absence from school for a family situation. I had to travel abroad and needed something portable and functional enough to allow me to deliver instruction online. This laptop is doing great!

First thing I fell in love with was the display, sharp and crisp color. Compared it side by side to others in the store, far superior. I love the option to fold the notebook and I love using the touch screen option in both modes. When using as a regular laptop the feel of the keyboard and wrist rest area is very comfortable. I also like the 10-key pad on the right side. Fast enough and enough storage for what I need. Light weight and love the aluminum style with the chrome hinges. Only thing missing is a CD/DVD drive, although I use one less and less now days.

I upgraded it to an ssd drive. Battery is still good, but i am also impressed with how sturdy it is. I dropped it and the metal frame kept the laptop from breaking. Of course there is a small dent, but it holds up to a lot of abuse.

I really enjoy this computer. My first laptop purchase was a Toshiba, which I really enjoyed, and I was looking for something that would give me a similar experience and this computer is it.

I love to play video games on it and do a lot of shopping. I also love to pay my bills and Skype with my family in Atlanta and Detroit. The camera is also awesome. I am still learning some of the other features of the laptop. I am sure it has a lot of things to teach me

This is a good 2-1 if youre not looking for something extreme. If you want just storage and office type products is great. Sound quality is great for music streaming. Mouse pad is touchy.

I did a lot of research on line and asking my son who is very good with computers. He told me of the minimum requirement's I would need and the ASUS I purchased surpassed my expectations.

This is a great laptop the only downside was the keyboard layout. I ended up returning this laptop because of how the number pad was set up

I like the laptop overall. I am having problems getting used to windows 10. I had a windows 7 computer before. There is quite a difference in the 10 desktop but, I am getting used to it.

It is a great laptop, but it was very troublesome on the startup of the system. I was very annoyed in the beginning with this product, but I believe this is still a great laptop.

I got this laptop for college this upcoming fall. My dad and I did some research before going to the store. And I was hard set on a HP computer that was exactly like this one. But by far, I am happy that I bought this ASUS one. ASUS was the way to go.

I bought this laptop for my son starting college. This is a well built, solid laptop. All the useful stuff a college kid needs. I am looking at buying another one for myself.

Great laptop for any use whether it be for school or for work. It's sleek, thin and portable. The touch screen design allows easy access for reading and editing. The 15" screen is perfect for watching videos and doing homework with a split screen.

Backlighting of the keyboard is very important to me when using my laptop in a dark room. Wish it was backlit in red and had a red option for the case, but silver is okay.
