I bought this for my daughter as she is attending college and she loves it. I had to exchange it twice to get one that worked properly but the geek squad was very helpful in getting things set up for us. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

This laptop has it all! Absolutely everything I was looking for in one device. Touch screen, tablet, Bluetooth, 15" screen, Windows 10, and it's an Asus. I bought this for school, but it will be useful in so many more ways. Highly recommend!

Nice computer for everyday use. Can flip to a tablet for showing pictures, etc. Bought for my child going to college. Multi use, can turn off touch screen if you don't want to use it.

I bought this laptop for college and it's been great the only thing that I didn't like is I had to take it back and get a new one because it would not let me log in.

I like using my new Asus laptop. It is lightweight, the colors are very nice and the pictures and fonts are clear and concise. It is very easy to transport also.

Bought for student that also wanted to play games. Wasnt looking for a 2in1 but its built with sturdy hinges which is a problem I've had with many laptops. Not a powerhouse for gaming but plays most games. Great buy for the price.

Great computer for a student or mother and that is why I bought three of them. I bought one for my mother and one each for both of my daughters for college. They really enjoy them and say it has made school work a lot easier.

Lap top is just 15 month old and has been to the shop 4 times. First 6 month ok after that the laptop has gone to the shop 4 times for same reason, it stop working. Now the battery would not charge and its out of warrantee. Slow boost as they put a 5400 rpm drive instead of 7200. display decent and good but overall performance is clunky. Asus really screw up this one.

bought the computer to use at home for pleasure only not hard to use very nice picture and the price was quite resonible for the quality of this computer

My girlfriend needed a new computer for her college work as well as streaming movies online. This laptop does everything we ask of it. I would have expected for the hinge to be flimsy but it is performing very nicely!

The computer was a decent, mid-range computer. I actually had to return it due to problems with Windows 10, but I did buy it "open box", so I don't think that was the manufacturer's fault. But, the finish on the computer was horrible! Within 2 weeks it seemed to be grabbing all of the oils and dirt out of my hands and leaving the computer looking dingy and disgusting. It was easy to clean off, but I have never had a laptop do that so bad.

This is an upgrade over my previous Asus and I love it! I wish it had a regular ethernet port, but there was an adapter that will make it work.

I love how thin and sleek this Asus is, not only that, but I did my research and it is#2 best computer!!! My computer is still going strong!!!!

Other than it it freezing sometimes (which i blame my schools wifi) it is a really good laptop and the flip to tablet really comes in handy.

I wish it had a CD/DVD drive built in. I usually have to push the power button to wake the device up after prolonged inactivity, and it takes several seconds. Other than that, I am very happy with this laptop.

Great product, Bestbuy staff helped us to find the computer we were looking for based on our needs and budget. He did not try to get us to buy something we didn't need or couldn't afford. Great experience!

Still trying to get used to touch screen on computer. Doesn't always do what I want it to. Not as 'fast' as salesperson said it would be.

This ASUS works just like my other ASUS. The battery does not last as long as my previous ASUS, but that may just be how I am using it.

This is a great laptop for general daily use and I am happy with it so far. The size and weight work for my purposes. It was easy to set up and is fast and reliable. I would recommend this laptop.
