    Bought this laptop as a Christmas gift; it was an open box laptop and the sales person told me it would be "just like new, it never left the store". The description said "excellent - certified", but it's a 2 in 1 and it wouldn't work in tablet mode. We took it in to the local store the day after Christmas and the Geek Squad recommended we return it and get a new one. So much for "excellent - certified" They did allow us to return it, but we had to buy a new one at store price, no discount, no allowance for purchasing a defective product that they certified as excellent. I rate it a 2 because it did work in laptop mode, just not as a tablet which defeats the purpose of a 2 in 1.
