I just purchased this laptop and seems to be great. however, the recommended office 365 wont download because there is some month trial version is already on the computer and you cant mix them. I don't want to uninstall things the computer came with for fear of deleting something I wasn't supposed to. I'm extremely disappointed in bestbuy for recommending customers bundle this product and not mentioning it. Guess ill figure it out in a month.

Love this laptop. I am a beginner on computers but everything on here so far has been easy to navigate . Great computer for college!!

In Product specification, it shows battery life to be 6 hours. I charge it fully and then when I bring the cursor to the battery icon it shows only 3.5 hours. Also it does not last full 3.50 hours even when no watching videos, no music playing, only working with documents and web browsing.

Bought this laptop and it's a very good computer.very happy with it.

This served an awesome starter computer for my college aged daughter.

The computer was great except when the screen was opened 360° (Tablet position). In that position the keyboard and touchpad were active, meaning that if you had the computer on an uneven surface (such as your lap) then the cursor would move unexpectedly and random characters would be typed in any active window. If the monitor was in any position between approximately 180° and 330°, the keyboard was deactivated. We worked with ASUS support and installed drivers that unfortunately didn't fix the problem. They recommended sending the unit in for repair. We returned the laptop for another of the exact same model and had the exact same results. Checked the floor model and it behaved the exact same way! Other ASUS 2-in-1 laptops did not behave that way. Seems like a problem with this specific model.

This laptop has a beautiful look and a great battery life. BUT, its terribly slow!! You cannot even run two browsers together.. it simply crash for every single operation. As a phd student, I got this to do my simulations with it. But its not efficient even for doing my routine tasks like checking my emails or simple browsing. I do not recommend this laptop to anyone and I hope they let me to return it as its my worst online purchase ever!

It's ok if all your doing is watching netflix. Edge and Chrome constantly quits responding and freezes up. the cooling fan has an annoying wine, and the hard drive makes a clicking sound at times. Surfing ebay and facebook the scrolling is jerky, and the battery last about 2 hours.

Hard drive could not be found 5 months after purchase. Have to mail back to Asus at my expense. Should have bought a HP, never had a problem with them.

First off the customer service at best buy was great they did what they could to help with the issue at hand. Tablet mode the keyboard still functions as it would in laptop mode regardless what you do. So..... i decided to call asus maybe geeksquad missed something nope they didnt i was on the phone for over an hour before i spoke with a human that barely spoke english. Unreal after 3 1/2 hours still nothing. 2x to best buy 30 minutes away 2 1/2 hrs at best buy 2x then 3 1/2 on the phone. Save yourself the headache and your time dont buy the flipbook.

This thing is garbage. My $150 refurbished Dell runs smoother than this. It is unfortunate because the build quality seems OK and the components listed are solid but out of the box it takes 15 minutes just to POST and load Windows 10. Even once it manages to boot up everything is incredibly laggy and takes forever to load anything. And this is fresh out of the box. At this price point you can do MUCH better than this laptop.

My son purchased this laptop and within a week the connector pin on the AC adapter broke. I called ASUS who basically said, "Sucks for you, we don't cover that. An oh by the way, we don't manufacture that AC adapter any more so you're really screwed. Good luck!" Those weren't the exact words but you get the idea. Don't waste your money on an ASUS, buy a laptop from a reputable manufacturer like HP or Dell.
