I needed a basic computer for Netflix, pictures and email. I had not heard of ASUS but the salesperson talked me into it. So far I have had no problems. Good price. Good product. Highly recommend the Geek Squad protection add on. They put my virus protection on, etc.

I found this laptop to fit my needs. I was looking for something that would be powerful enough and have the touch screen option. I had looked at the surface notebook but could not see paying that much as this time. I love ASUS brand this is my 3 laptop and love it.

So far the laptop seems to be alright. I do not feel the quality is what it should be compared to the two other Asus laptops I purchased in the past. After having to replace this one because of a bad hard drive, I must admit I'm a bit leary of buying another Asus.

My daughter recommended this product. I don't game and I don't save movies or videos so this should last a long time. I can add optical drive if I wish at only $39.

So far I love my new laptop. I find the ability to fold it into a tablet and the touchscreen extremely useful. It is easy to use and the battery life is long. It charges fast and seems to hold the charge well.

We have had this laptop for 1 month and it's been a pleasure to use. The touchscreen is great when using it as a notebook, however I like using a mouse in laptop mode. There are no complaints, so far, except for one tiny exception, it takes a while to boot up.

PC was easy to set up, very nice sleek design. Very happy with it.

I bought this computer to replace my daughter's old laptop, which was not powerful enough to handle the demands she was putting on it as a student at Veterinary college. The new machine on the other hand handles all the tasks she uses it for easily. It's fast, responsive, and can handle the ability to have many different programs running simultaneously.

Looking at the specs I assumed this computer is going to be a beast. I will say I haven't used this computer like a work horse yet. So far I am judging this on the start up and how long it takes for this thing to think. I was going to purchase a apple laptop instead but didn't want to put out the extra $200 for the apple air that had pretty good specs. This one had better specs and larger screen. in some ways I kind of wish I went ahead and got the mac but I am going to give this a fair shot. I will have to do another review in a few months. Oh ya im trying how to figure out how to shut off these automatic updates as i am a Dj and hate for these update to happen when im about to Dj a Gig (scary)

Bought this for my daughter who was starting her freshmen year at college. She loves it. It has the touchscreen and the foldover closure, so it looks like a huge tablet. It can be a little slow on the campus WiFi but otherwise it does all she needs.

I was given an Asus laptop about 7 years ago. I loved the way that technical suppirt was friendly and efficient as well as the ease of using the laptop. Now with this one, it's just as awesome! I will continue to buy Asus. Why get a laptop made with Asus parts for more when you can go get an Asus laptop that beats the competition in my opinion.
