Purchased this computer with college in mind and has become the best laptop I have ever owned. It's aluminum build makes it durable and helps keep it cool to the touch and fingerprint free. The touch screen and 2-in-1 design makes it versatile and enjoyable to use.

Love the laptop but I hate the windows 10. Also the geek squad couldn't get outlook to work and installed Mozilla email on. Hate it. So it's a good laptop but I'm very disappointed

The price and quality of the laptop is everything I wanted and more. My children are helping me with all of the features that I didn't know I had nor how useful they would become.

This computer was one recommended by a member of the Geek Squad. It was definitely a great recommendation. Since then, when asked about it, I have recommended it to others. It performs well AND best of all has a much longer battery life than other computers.

I love this device despite the occasional problems with the mouse pad. It's extremely user friendly and I love the optional rotation. The touchscreen is another added bonus.

Having played with it for a month or so now I'm starting to get used to using the touch screen. It is a very nice touch. I like the new USB port but miss having an ether net lort

This is my second Asus Q504UA and I'm starting to regret my purchase. When I first got it, the painfully slow hard drive wasn't a huge issue, I mostly use it for web browsing for work or watching Youtube late at night, so it seemed capable. I've noticed since then two new issues that crop up. 1) When the battery gets low, past 10%, whatever the default setup is for Windows 10 just KILLS the laptop. First couple times it happened, I thought it was broken! Everything slows to a crawl, windows don't respond, mouse sometimes doesn't move, etc. Plug it back in and suddenly it's fine. 2) Switching it to tablet mode can sometimes create a "dead zone" for the touch screen, usually right near the top of the screen where all the YouTube tabs are, making it so I can't switch or close tabs. I'm not entirely sure why, but I had an old Asus that had a ribbon cable that would work itself loose when opening/closing the hinge multiple times. Maybe when I'm folding the keyboard under the screen it's causing something to come loose?

This machine is absolutely amazing. I was weary of an ASUS brand, however, I believe I've found my new favorite computer brand. I have owned Apple, Dell, & HP. This machine blows them all out of the water. The 12 gig of RAM and 1 TB hard drive... not to mention this 15.6" screen flips around into a massive (easy to see/read) tablet! If you're looking for an upgrade, and don't want to spend a pocket full of cash, this is the computer for you!

I have not had any problems from it. I like that it can turn into a tablet when needed. It is a pretty fast computer and works well with the homework I have to do for college.

very good for money you spent. 12gb RAM. only issue is touch sometimes not handling properly. battery is ok ok. can buy with 12 months 0% interest with easy installments.

I replaced a Dell computer that I'd had for more than seven years and, so far, I'm delighted with this ASUS Q504UA. I'm enjoying the touch screen, the fn keys and its overall versatility.

I really like this laptop. It's fast and easy to use. The only downfall I would say is the battery life. But, that could be normal for a laptop. This is my first laptop.

Surprisingly great! Normally opt for hp or dell, sales associated suggested asus for my needs. Very impressed with design, memory, and technology! Current work programs work seamlessly!

Hard Drive went out in 1 month but Geek squad did a great job getting us back up. Unit was still under warranty so I had a solid state drive installed and just paid the difference.

I got this because my 3 year old laptop couldn't keep up with how many windows I needed to have open for my school assignments. I do college online so I needed a computer to keep up and have the storage to keep all of my assignments.

Due to the 2 in 1 mobility of the screen, this computer is good for multiple functions. I use it as a tablet when I'm in the kitchen for recipes, and as a laptop when I'm using it for school. And I love that its a touch screen, even when its in a laptop position. However the battery does not last that long, and sometimes it doesnt want to turn on. (and I've owned it for a little more than a month) So I'm really not happy about that. But in every other way, its a great laptop.

the quality of asus is very good, i have one that bought 4 years ago, it has better quality, that's the reason that i bought another asus latop. the this laptop, the price is acceptable with high quality and fast process speed.

Bought this for my son to go off to college. He loves it! It has plenty of memory, disk space and a fast processor! We are very happy with the purchase.

I purchased this laptop for college and other light internet usage. Originally I had wanted a smaller computer but with the student deals this ended up being cheaper. So far I have been enjoying it and it does everything I need it to. I did not buy this for the touchscreen (didn't want one) so I can't really comment on that. However, when I tried to switch into tablet mode the keyboard doesn't register as "off" even when you select it. It's basically impossible to use it in tablet mode without hitting the keyboard so I will not being using it for this purpose.

This ASUS laptop computer meets all my expectations. It is light weight and looks great. The windows 10 system it came with is easy to utilize and navigate. I would not hesitate to recommend this laptop for everyday use.
