Disappointed

After initial set up, it no longer would boot up or shut down. Screen never came back on, even after doing a reset, not sure if we will be able to exchange there was only a 2 week return policy I just seen a day ago on this computer. Pricey for not working, and the nearest store is 3.5 hours away
