When I got him home things changed. I couldn't even open up this laptop the magnetic hold is unbelievable!!! I thought it was me but Upon returning it back to Best Buy The Geek Squad also had issues just trying to open it up! And then when you open it up the keypad is so white that you can barely see the alpha are the numeric symbols! I totally fell in love with this computer and I paid a lot of money initially. I am happy I returned it back and got something that I could rely on and feel comfortable with my purchase! I also got some good advice from The Geek Squad! Thank you Best Buy once again

We do understand if the keyboard design didn't meet your expectations regarding the color contrast between the letters and the keys
We recommended to turn it off or adjust the keyboard brightness level while working in a well illuminated workspace, by tapping the hotkeys, "Fn + F7", repeatedly. Also, try to adjust the brightness level on the keys base the illumination of your work area.
