Great laptop when I was deciding what laptop to buy I was directed to buy this one it is a great value at a decent price. Bonus was a touch screen only thing I wish this laptop had was a pen included but I bought one separate and it’s made drawings and life much easier

Very pleased with the speed of the laptop. The clarity of the screen is excellent. The only problem I have with the laptop is the key colors could be different to help compliment the backlighting. Still very pleased with this purchase.

New ASUS laptop to replace an 8 yr old ASUS that I loved. Just got sooo slow. New one is FAST! Nothing fancy just personal use & internet access. Only issue was had to upgrade Windows 10 to Pro version to be able to network with other home pcs.

I recently purchased an Asus Zen Book Ryzen 7 laptop from Best Buy and have been very happy with the assistance I've received. There was a bit of a wait initially when I was trying to find what I was looking for because it seemed they were understaffed in the computer area but once we got the help we needed things went smoothly. I took advantage of one of the bundles offered and also had them set up my computer for me after it had arrived (none in stock but came within a week). All the different people who helped me were courteous and professional. It has now been a few months so I've forgotten their names but I've received top notch service from the Best Buy at this location multiple times and will gladly travel the distance to the location at 1725 N Dale Mabry Hwy every time I need their goods or services. Thanks for all your help!

the computer is great for what i need as far as a mom going back to school. i am enjoying the face regnonition knowing that my laptop is secure and my children can not get on it. I love the screen and the ease of accessing across all the areas!

I love how it’s a touchscreen, and can flip for tablet use. The battery is awesome, and the keyboard is very soft. I also like the facial recognition feature, which can bypass the need to type in a password. I highly recommend this laptop.

Pretty good laptop , although i dont know much about computers, i dont speak the language lol but it performs and does everything i need it to n had it for a few months now and not 1 problem so far

This item was an open box, lasted for about a year. Usually really good at taking care of my electronics but this one just stopped charging.

In love with eh computer! what a design and material! totally recommend. When it comes to the components, well, that depends on whos reading this so I wont get into that. This is about the design, worth every penny!

I had to run and pick up a new laptop because I couldn’t use a MAC for my class. I was really sad, but now I’m very happy I purchased this laptop it works great, lots of memory, fun features, and it’s beautiful.

Fast, at first I was totally stoked on this equipment... until I tried to plug in a USB-C Hub. I had planned on using this for work where I have 2 monitors. The computer only has 1 HDMI port so I assumed the USB-C port would support another monitor. I was wrong. It is the basic old USB-C port that does not support video. If you are planning on using this with more than one monitor, you will be disappointed.

Bought this as a replacement gaming computer for my daughter and has been a big success. This one is not 'clunky', is easy to use and she loves the touch screen. Would definitely recommend.

Have had this laptop for about a month now. There are pros and cons to it. PROS Fast boot up Face ID is convenient Slim design, not too bulky Great battery life if all you're gonna do is normal tasks (anything but gaming, basically) Fast charge Touch screen is great and responsive CONS Screen brightness is lacking Letters and numbers on keys are only a shade darker, makes it hard to see, even with keyboard light on Not a good battery life for gaming (I only average about an hour 1/2)

I absolutely love this laptop. It runs very fast and has great graphics. The screen unlocks to your face very quickly and the keys feel strong and reliable. The tablet mode is pretty sweet too.

Great computer at a great price. I was initially considering a chrome book but this is so much better. I works fast and it helps me while working from home... it was a great purchase

Fantastic little laptop. Fast processing, quality camera and mic are built in and perfect for online meetings, it's lightweight and durable. As an accountant I appreciate there is a separate number pad on the right. It's so frustrating using the numerical keys at the top when most of what you do is type numbers. The trackpad mouse is a little sensitive but I can likely adjust that in the settings and just haven't thought about it until now.

This laptop has great battery life. Websites load faster than my old laptop. My only complaint is the lack of a CD/DVD drive. Other than that, it is a great computer.

So far so good ! The face recognition is fast when signing in. I love that I dont have to type my password in it just logs in right away. The tablet mode is nice.

I bought this computer about a month ago and I love it,especially when I use it as a notebook. I also like the fact it has alot of battery life.
