New PC works great. Paid to have BB transfer files from old Dell to ASUS and now Dell does not boot up. Placed a Geek Squad trouble ticket but have not followed up with issue due to work schedules.

I got this open box - love it! Graphics and sound are great for video viewing. I don't game, so can't testify to the speed. I do some light video editing and it handled that no problem. I like ASUS aesthetic - more classic than trendy.

I was looking for a laptop with a big capacity and velocity, but with a cost of less than $900. So, I found this which originally cost $1099 but I got the college student discount and it cost $800. I am very happy with this laptop.

I love my new laptop the responsive touch screen is perfect. The fact that it can flip into a huge tablet is even better than I thought!! I did not go to Best Buy for this Asus but the sales staff new what I needed more than I did!

I had been watching this computer for months. When it went on sale I decided to buy it. It is a little on the heavy side, but I like it. It beats my last computer with the some timey keypad.

Thus is a very easy laptop I have ever brought you can ask my wife I am not computer incline. I have to have my Grandchildren to help me but I figured it out. Thank you

Laptop has been great, fast, easy to use and lots of storage space on it. The first time using the flip aspect a keyboard letter came off, but best buy returned without any hassel.

I had to return the first one because it would not boot up. The second one works fine expect for the WiFi tends to drop connection and then it reconnects. It is a bit annoying.

I love, love, love my purple rain laptop ! (Named that after Prince). It is the perfect size for school. It's fast, responsive, and easy to use... I love it. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a good laptop!

Really nice computer overall. Only problem is that the camera won't turn on for the facial recognition to unlock the computer, all it says is "cannot turn camera on, use pin"

I don't like the power button on the side. It is a very sensitive computer. The slightest touch moves the cursor. It is a fairly heavy laptop. Overall though a good computer

Since I use my computer for gaming and work this has turned out to be an excellent choice it is very versatile and has given me exactly what I needed to meet all my needs

I've been very pleased with this laptop - screen is nice and big, keyboard + numeric keypad is a must for me! Once in a while the facial recognition doesn't seem to work, but overall no issues at all.

Great machine overall, excellent screen. Only negatives are start button location, and no indicator light on face that it's starting. SD card reader, SD card sticks out way to far to leave SD card installed

This is a pretty good laptop. I would recommend this to a windows user. But I do wish I would've bought a mac to be honest..

I purchased this computer for school. I am not computer savvy but with the help of the Geek Squad and Cortana, I have learned to navigate the cyber world. I really like the laptop to tablet capability.

We needed a laptop that feels good and has good capacity for Office products. Went to a smaller size for travel and this is very good for that. Looks good too.

the only downside i can say is that the track pad is not my favorite, other than that i love this thing. Does light gaming well and is perfect for a student.

I had been told by several people that the Asus was a good computer. After my last one failed after a little over a year, I thought I would give this one a try. So far, it has not disappointed.

This is a nice laptop for the price. It has an NVidia graphics card and plays games really well. My wife loves it. Only drawback is no integrated DVD drive.
