    heats eats it, I replaced it with X16. I wanted a lighter laptop. This turned out to be junk. its so loud you cant do anything.

      Dear RagingSoul,

      We are sorry to hear that the unit is overheating. here's a possibility that there are background apps and Windows updates causing the unit to perform as it does. What we've observed with the Windows 10 operating system is that once the unit is not being used all background and installed apps including Windows updates will fire up. We would recommend that you check for and install updates. This will cause the unit to run a bit hotter than normal and in turn ramp up the fan speed. We would recommend that the user check for and install all updates for all installed applications. Multiple restarts are recommended to ensure all updates are installed.

    faster than described

    This Asus is faster than described. But basic functions, like typing one key at a time, failed miserably at first. I would get lines of the same character until I pressed Escape. But pressing Escape also indicated you are willing to cancel your email. I was not. This also happened on many platforms; Office 365, Notepad, and web text fields, which leads me to believe the keyboard and not the software is suspect. But once that learning curve was achieved, the applications, web pages, and pictures loaded almost instantly. I am liking that.

    Internal Damage

    My product was damaged internally and yet they wanted me to spend $80 to ship out the product to go see if it could get replaced. Even though I purchased EVERYTHING to protect it. Just to get my money back it was a crazy process.

    Low Spec Video

    Pairing a I9 12900 with a RTX 3050 TI is horrible! Its like putting a twin turbo V8 in a Pinto. Will run fast, but visuals will be ugly.

    Came without charger cable

    Item was bought open-box but under "Excellent" conditions and it came with a dirty screen and no cables at all. No charger, nothing.
