Great Portability, Below Average Gaming
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unless you're planning on play on low or on lower resolutions, you're gonna have a bad time. I updated the graphics drivers, checked all the different settings on Asus, and Armory Crate but I was still having difficulty. I wanted to try this out as I thought I could use the portability and play on low graphics to get a minimum of 60 frames on Battlefield 4, Far Cry 6, or Elden Ring. It had trouble running it it on 1920 x 1200. Even with the Laptop/Tablet charger plugged in it had trouble getting it to 60 on medium graphics. If you are running CS GO or Siege, or a CPU dependent game, it could do better, but to enjoy a GPU dependent game is going to hurt, honestly if you could get the XG Mobile to pair with it, it would preform better, but thats going to be another $1500.. Over all its a beautiful display, and built very well. Hinge is good, Keyboard is as great as the G14. Battery lasts quite a long time or good enough to browse & play music or have a video on. I'm sure this will get better with time and I'll definitely get it if or when it has a better GPU. but just a forewarning, don't expect amazing gaming without the external Graphics card.

This thing is a masterpiece of engineering.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The laptop was in an excellent condition. Nice to carry around and use as a tablet. I have noticed a general thing about Z13 is that the screen is a little loose, nothing concerning or visible but you will feel it when you hold it.

ROG Flow 13
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this Laptop/tablet. It does very well trying to play MMORPG as I play Elder Scrolls Online. And I can do just about anything on it with success. I run 100fps and stays constantly around 100 ping. I will say if you want more than one usb port it requires the ROG Mobile display module and that supply's 330 watt of power and allows it to become a workstation and have a lan port and 4 extra usb 3.0 ports and your DP and HDMI extenders. But I love my purchase and have been happy with it this far. Only time will tell with upkeep and playing different types of games with different loads.

Nice Gaming Tablet
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was worried about the small size that the device would overheat. However, because the body is metal it actually handles cooling surprisingly well. Disappointing that this device does not come with the pen. Good for a compact on-the-go gaming machine!

The worst purchase of my entire life
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I plead and beg with anyone reading this, please do not purchase this tablet. It's sad because it really is cool, but it has a known problem where it will stop charging the battery and there's nothing you can do to fix it except send it in for repairs. Lucky me, this happened two months after the warranty expired and Asus tells me it will cost $1,537 to fix it! People on Reddit have reported that even after having it repaired it stops charging again a few weeks later so of course I'm not going to spend that kind of money. I've literally just thrown over $2,000 down the toilet. This company cannot be trusted.

Worst tablet computer I have ever bought...
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer and I have to say this is one of the worst I have ever purchased. The performance is good when I can use it, however, I have had to send this for RMA three times now. The first RMA the computer wouldn't charge/power on/randomly shut off. They replaced the SSD for some reason as well as the motherboard. You have to send the power cord for power problems... guess what? They send you a used power cord that isn't the one you had. This one was pretty damaged. Had to pay for shipping... The second RMA the computer had the same problem as the first. They replaced the battery. The power cable received from this RMA looked much better and didn't have all the scuffs like the first... The third RMA (still currently in process) is due to the damage caused by the first two RMAs (damaged screen, missing & damaged rubber). So out of the first few months of ownership I have had about a week or two of actual use... having to backup/wipe the computer before RMA for data security has been troublesome. With the cost of this computer I seriously expected more from ASUS. It shouldn't be difficult to fix an issue the first time. Second time... ok maybe they missed something. But to send it back to me damaged, when I haven't even used it? Ridiculous. Not sure I'll buy ASUS again, and will be looking at other computers to replace this one. Even the Microsoft Surface I have (which has had one off issues) has been better then this. The only real positive I can say is the color accuracy is pretty good, especially if you calibrate it with your own tools (I used it for photo editing for a couple of weeks...)

Good Not Great
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Long story short.... Get this instead if you are in the market for a surface laptop. Don't get this if you want to game on it.... The screen is too small, the CPU and GPU are both under powered for any real gaming. Don't be fooled with the i9, it will only perform as expected with the external GPU accessory attached to it. When sharing power with the internal 3050Ti, the i9 will run at a lower wattage and perform like a 11th gen cpu. Don't get me wrong... this is still a great tablet, but for the same price of the Z13 you can get so much more from a 2021 unit. As I write this review, my local best buy has an open box "excellent" condition 2021 Alienware x15 and x17 for the same price or cheaper. Both with a RTX 3070 and 360Hz 1080P display with Advanced Optimus. I hope the next generation of this laptop/tablet will come with a bigger display, a Ryzen CPU and at the very least a RTX3060.

Lots of power in a small form factor.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great processor. Good for basic gaming. Not much AAA gaming power from the 3050Ti, as expected. Battery power is not great. Considering the small form factor great product.

Cool But not practical
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its not good at anything. It sucks as a tablet because its does not have enough battery life. It sucks as a Gaming replacement because the CPU and GPU are set at low wattage. The Device is super cool but not practical

Not for mobile games
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only giving this a low rating because it’s not like a normal tablet like an iPad. I bought this for playing PUBG mobile. I talked with Best Buy support they said I could play PUBG mobile with out emulation. That is incorrect. The only way to play PUBG mobile on this device is through emulation and the game recognizes that and only lets you play with other emulators. So you’re playing with pc people. If you want a hand held pc. This is great. But I would not rate this as a tablet for mobile gaming. It’s more of a mobile pc for gaming. Which doesn’t make sense for a “mobile game”. For my pc I’ll stick with my desktop. This is not what I expected nor wanted. Beware.

Lightweight but Powerful
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Light and portable, powerful enough to do many games, and when I need I can connect the 3080 eGPU; the design of the tablet makes the exhaust go out the top of the screen, so you hand won't be warm on the keyboard, and it keep the thermal very well, it will get noisy when under load, but that's same to every gaming laptop with powerful hardware The keyboard is ok, get the job done, but if you want to use it for long time, get a regular keyboard will be better; so do the track pad, get a mouse =] The power button is the part always get me frustrated, I turn it off every time when I'm done, but its kind of hit or miss to turn it back on, it seems sometimes need to hold for few seconds longer and sometimes don't, hard to tell when it successfully booted I don't really like the eGPU connector, first is the rubber cap, should have designed it to stay with the tablet, I'm not surprise many people already lost it; and it is the connector itself, very big and can't bent much, also the cable length is very short The window at the back showing the internal is cool, but it also make the back not flat, so you have to put the tablet keyboard side down, and the texture of the keyboard cover can easily get dirty Battery life is so so, but expected with such a small device, don't expect more than an hour if you play games The power brick is big compare to the size of the tablet, luckily Anker just release a new USB plug that can deliver 140W power, so I use that instead Wish it can have one more USB port, right now you almost certain have to carry a hub with you
I would recommend this to a friend
