Over all Not been great.

Tne keyboard stops working after a year even though I have not used it much. Would love to have usb-c on both sides. Need to have little longer battery life for normal usages.

Asus lost a customer

The battery on my unit stopped charging and now only works when plugged into the wall within the first money of owning it. Product support is a joke with asus passing me off to the geek squad. It’s been a nightmare asus lost a long loyal customer with this garbage. It doesn’t even benchmark at advertising speed. Just a big paper weight

Filled with factory defects
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop 5 months ago and it has had non-stop problems, one of which needed me to send the laptop to ASUS for an entire month. ASUS has had a frustrating customer service experience - constantly telling me all of these issues are "factory defects" but not offering any additional support or insight. I've had to call in twice, just this month, for obscure problems (like my laptop stopped recognizing my wifi card). Maybe others have had better experiences with ASUS, but for a computer I mostly use at home, it's been very frustrating that it's needed so much attention.
