    The laptop was a bit used I feel There were fingerprint and some dust on the screen and chassis as well

      All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, this is a random problem. Normally, ASUS provides one year warranty coverage, if product was purchased brand-new, in order to fix or repair any hardware or part that stop working prematurely under normal usage.

    Very disappointed it turns off by its self the wifi stopped working it just disappeared like you couldn't try to even connect wifi.

    Stopped working 35 days after purchase. Monitor went first. Then the charging system.

    So far this gaming laptop has easily handled anything I’ve thrown at it. I have moved from console gaming to PC with this laptop. I was concerned that constant updates, crashes, and bugs would hound me. So far that has not been the case. I’ve had a few crashes with the games I’ve played, but nothing that broke games or didn’t happen on previous consoles. Moving to gaming at a constant 60fps has been incredible. I was not a believer that frame rate mattered until I played a games at true 60. Also, ray tracing in some of these single player games is unbelievable. The lighting and shadows makes everything more gorgeous. I’ve played games on a gaming monitor and single player games hooked up to a tv. Haven’t noticed frame rate dips in either case. Would highly recommend this console gaming on steroids!

    DON’T BUY, VERY HOT AND SLOW

    Don’t buy this laptop if you want anything that is fast and lasts longer than and hour of battery. Worst computer I have ever owned. Yes it has cool lights and aesthetically pleases the eye, but it runs so slow that opening apps on the desktop is impossible, also the bottom of the computer and charging brick get so hot that they can easily burn you and start a fire. The fan noise is extremely loud for not having many applications open. And the battery only lasts about an hour if your lucky. Worst waist of $1,500

    Works as intended. Mostly. Meets everything I needed in a new computer and then some. There were some slight issues The 512gb ssd? It’s two 256gb ssd. Also a dead pixel, which I am willing to overlook, as it isn’t in a very visible spot, and this was a used unit. But otherwise I have no real issues. And since nothing I play gaming wise exceeds 200gb I don’t have a problem with the split ssd setup. Just please be a bit more honest in the information, something like that can be an issue for others.

    This has been a big upgrade from the dinosaur tower I was using before this. This is also my fist Intel, I’ve always used AMD before this. This is also my first gaming laptop. It DOES come with a webcamera, even though it states it doesn’t. The multilight keyboard is awesome, as well as the button to check the diagnostics of what the computer is doing (cpu,fan speed,temp,OC,etc). I’ve played WOW, CS, and a few other gsmes on it as of now, and all have handled it well.

    Known Speaker Issue

    The speakers sound like they're blown out, even after updating every possible driver and hard resetting everything including the bios. Unfortunate. This seems to be a well known problem too, google it.

    Stopped working after 2 days

    The worst experience I've ever had with a laptop and ASUS international service. after using it for 2 days the laptop stopped working, the screen stays black. I traveled to Spain with the laptop after buying it and ASUS Spain and the authorized technical support refuse to repair the laptop, now I have to go back to the United States to repair this piece of crap.
