Great laptop have never failed me or gave me issues

I purchased this machine during a pre-Black Friday sale. I hooked it up to my thunderbolt dock, got it all set up, and it was working great! Performance was good with my Affinity suite workflows and was good with light 4K video editing. When I unplugged it to take it to my living room to get some productivity done, I realized that the keybaord was jacked! The 'B' and 'N' keys were collapsed inward toward each other, and the 'B' key only registered a key press with excessive pressure. Yikes! Clearly there are some quality control issues. Roll the dice, I guess, and maybe you'll get a good one!

Just purchased this lap top. I will be using it for business, 3D drawings etc. my son is already trying to steal it for gaming. For the price it has a pretty good graphics card and I love the solid state drive. A little more storage would be nice, but for $1100. It’s great.

The computer broke down on us. At first it was running great then all. Of a sudden it was just not working and making a weird sound in fan.

This laptop is not to heavy but not to light. One of the problems I’ve had with other gaming laptops is that it gets hot when it’s on the table and due to lack of air flow it. I’ve had to use stands that lift it a little to allow more air flow. The design of this laptop adds extra space on the bottom for better airflow allowing laptop to not get hot. The laptop is fast and resolutions is great. The speakers are loud and clear. As far as the battery goes, I haven’t used it for gaming much but when I use it for school the battery has lasted about 8-9 hours using internet and word. Which is great for me, I’m sure the will decrease quite a bit if I were to just use it for gaming but the charger charges the laptop fairly fast.

PROS: - Great CPU performance - Great Cooling on both the CPU and GPU - Great size and weight, the slim bezels around the display are nice - The 16:10 aspect ratio is more useful than a 16:9 15.6 laptop - The display is bright enough to use outdoors - Very colorful display - Thunderbolt 4 port and an additional USB C Port, both can be used to charge the laptop - Micro SD card slot - Additional M.2 Slot for more storage - I tested Linux (pop os) and everything worked except Wi-fi CONS: - Whatever material they used on this laptop LOVES fingerprints. It constantly needs cleaning even if your hands are clean and washed prior to use. - The contrast could be better on the display, my spyder calibration tool had it at 1060:1 which isn't great - Expensive at full price considering you get a 3050 GPU instead of a 3060 GPU. - Half the ram is soldered leaving only 1 slot available for upgrades - Battery life was less than expected, I've used a Dell 16 PLus with similar internals and it lasted much longer at similar brightness levels. On sale, it's an ok laptop especially if you primarily need good CPU performance. At full price, I think there are better alternatives for the money with a 3060 GPU.

I love this computer, snagged it for a deal. Great for work and gaming. Its got a nice sleek design. Can get a little loud, but it doesnt bother me as it might bother others more.. overall super happy with my purchase.

I saw that it went on sale for only $200 cheaper and I couldn’t find it in any stores within a 50 mile radius of where I live so i figured it was a snatch. Fast, powerful, and pretty. Very happy with the money I spent.

I use this laptop on a daily basis for gaming and for school. The battery life isn’t amazing off-charger but that’s as expected from a gaming life. However, there are a few settings you can tinker with that could extend the battery life if you’re worried about being away from an outlet. I love the option to change the fan speed such as silent, performance, or turbo. Typically I use turbo while playing video games and plugged into the charger and silent when I’m at school/in class.

I gotta say for my first gaming laptop it's amazing. It gives me everything that i need to start playing and streaming! it even gives me the chance to upgrade as well so i will be doing that in the near future!

Not only is this laptop gorgeous to look at its performs exceptionally well. The cover has a nice metal perforated skin and a matte finish around the keyboard, however, it shows fingerprints everywhere. But people will definitely notice the unique shape of this laptop. The slightly curve position of the keyboard also gives it a better position for typing. I’m able to stream games with little to no lag and with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti graphics card the picture is fantastic! Also the Dolby atoms sound and vision are something you don’t want to miss. The 16GB of ram is plenty to run my games but it depends on what kind of game you are playing, obviously. For Minecraft, this should be enough memory for now. And with the GeForce experience (that’s included) it’s easy to stream your games to twitch, YouTube, or other platforms. The battery is pretty good. Playing constantly, I was able to go about 3-4 hours on a full battery. The fingerprint reader does have some issues. It takes several tries to make it work. But this is a very minor issue. To me, finger print reader is just a gimmick that’s nice to have but not a necessity One of the not so good feature however is the web cam. The web cam is average at best. This is such a missed opportunity but I guess with so many external webcam available, this can be easily upgraded to a better external camera. One last thing, depending on someone’s computer habit, 512 MB storage might not be enough. I know that cloud storage is very much in now, but for me, having my files also saved on my drive is a must. In the end, if you are a casual gamer, this is a very good and affordable gaming computer.

Bought this for my girlfriend to use primarily for VR gaming with the oculus quest 2. She can play vr chat fairly well. Rarely, it will stutter or lag, but barely. This means a lot coming from me because I can’t stand lag in any game. So i can say it’s not horrible because it’s still very very playable. Other then that, she also uses it for Minecraft and I was able to even get her a shaders mod that enhances the graphics and all I had to do was turn it down a little bit and she still gets 30-60 fps. She loves it for school, and loves it even more for gaming. 9.5/10 would recommend for any casual gamer or even if you just need it for school.

Overall great laptop, the 3050 ti allows for medium level gaming even when on battery. The display is very bright and is works great in well lit areas

Great Laptop and it runs everything that I want it to. I am finding that the 512GB SSD is filling up way to fast, and could use an upgrade to the amount of RAM, but overall it's been spot on.

I bought this laptop for my son as a Xmas gift. I haven't opened the box so I can only review the specs and the buying process. For $ I decided to get this particular model with regards to what it has in it. The processor, the screen, the designated video chip, the ram and expansion and the SSD and the second slot for expansion were the main players. I was especially impressed with the refresh rate of 144Hz, most screens are 60Hz. Positive reviews including pro reviews helped my decision as well. The purchasing process was particularly easy and free shipping saved me the trouble of driving an hour or more.

Good Laptop, good specs. Battery lasts a while when playing. Screen is easy to crack though. Good quality except the thin screen

I mostly play WoW runs hot on high graphics even in classic. Other then that I really like it!
