This item was an open box purchase. It came with just the laptop and charger so I cannot comment on what else comes with it. The laptop was in good condition but the design of the laptop makes finger and palm prints really obvious and glaring on the body, keyboard and the trackpad. The laptop is light for a gaming machine and runs quiet for most tasks. Some games will kick the fans in to high gear so headphones are recommended if playing anything with 3D graphics. There is a fingerprint sensor in the power button but it works about ten percent of the time. Eighty percent of the time, the computer doesn't even recognize it exists but the way the body collects fingerprints, maybe using a fingerprint sensor isn't very secure. The ROG software has an update that refuses to install so there is always a notification that says there is a new update when you open the app.

Good performance but run hot and short battery life.

This laptop was awesome but I returned it because I had soe car troubles and needed to cut expenses to fix the car.

Really good computer, it’s a good option for some one that prefer laptops over pc’s

I love this laptop! It's got plenty of power for everything that i like it need to do. I got this laptop instead of a gaming console because of the versatility. I can do my school work and all types of other business on it, as well as play any and all games with plenty of power to spare. I would def recomend tp anyone who is all business but likes to gsme hard as .well

Great gaming laptop! Originally purchased for my husband. He’s a gamer and was away from home for work (army). So this is a great way for him to take it with him and be able to game and still stayed connected with everyone. Graphics are great, the feel of the whole laptop altogether and looks are beautifully done. I love when he’s clicking on the keyboard it’s not that loud of a click! Great purchase. He loves it!

She’s a beaut! Customizable, easy to look at, runs very well. My old HP was dying on me so I replaced it with a high spec laptop so I could eventually get into gaming after I finished grad school. I got a little worried when it shut down randomly and wouldn’t come on again just a few days after using it, but a hard reset fixed her right up and I haven’t had an issue since.

Nice light and portable. The battery is significantly better than I was expecting. I was a little disappointed with the keyboard lighting choices as I've still not found a way to customize yet. I ended up going with this one because it was being sold pretty low and the next step up would have been almost $800 more which I don't feel like going from a 3050ti to a 3060 is really worth that much. One problem that I've been having is the software that tracks the battery level. When I first boot up, the software says that there's like less than an hour left of battery life at almost 50% battery. Gave me a bit of a shock when I saw that but if you give it about 10 minutes then it goes up to display a more reasonable amount. Not deal-breaking but really annoying because I use it for college and frequently turn it on and off. One last gripe, there isn't a num pad on it and I hate that. at 16" you'd think there would be enough room for one but I guess not.

This is perfect for my work, my games and social networking.
