Convenient and Portable, exactly as needed

Comes with the USB C cord to connect the devices. Paired with a nice, folding tablet dock and the entire bit maintains portability.

Must Have For Rog Ally Users

You wouldn't want to dock a game to a TV is it is newer and would look bad at 720p low settings. But smaller games look great. I played a well-optimized game like Doom 2016 perfectly (would play on the ROG in portable mode, then used this dock to send it to the big screen, 1080p High settings). The USB-A slot is perfect as well, I plugged in a wireless keyboard and mouse for easier navigation.

Good official travel dock

Can be used as just a travel charger. Long, solid cable. USB 2.0 for connecting an ethernet adapter or mouse/keyboard or wired controller. USB port is the only shortfall due to slower speeds for data transfer or external hard drives.

Great Tech for the ROG Ally

I use this one for my gaming/office space. Getting a HDMI for this might be confusing but any 4K works just fine. Only flaw is trying to get an extra USB port or connect a wired mouse or keyboard.

Just what I needed

This solved a major issue for me when using my Ally as a PC. Totally worth the investment.
