When I just received it was happening once in an hour or two hours, but now sometimes it happens every 20-30 minutes (( Unfortunately, the return window is closed and I can't return it or get a replacement.

We do understand your disappointment with this charger dock and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing HDMI connection problems. To resolve this, ensure you are using a compatible and working HDMI cable and the HDMI port from your PC is working properly. Additionally, ensure Windows, chipset and graphics drivers from your PC are up to date.
