    What started off as a nice shiny new laptop has quickly become a nightmare. This garbage will not stop freezing when opening up fullscreen applications. Microsoft's trash invasive features will steal 4-8 gigabytes of ram while idle. If you are not saving your work every second, then you better be using Microsoft's sketchy screenshot feature that is constantly recording your computer activity to hopefully recover your constantly lost work. It will run games at very high fidelity for hours and hours, but soon will decide not to anymore. You will spend more time troubleshooting every single possible thing then using the laptop for any form of work or entertainment. Driver rollbacks, factory resets, searching for corrupt files, disabling devices, etc... and I promise you your problems will not be resolved. DO NOT BUY THIS.

      We certainly understand your disappointment with the laptop and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing issues besides doing a factory reset, updated Windows, drivers, BIOS, games and applications. If these steps were performed to no avail, this is possibly a random hardware issue. We recommend you send the product in for service to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. An RMA number is required to send it in for service.     Good 2 in 1 laptop, unfortunately battery life while gaming is not that great, and does not support usb c pass through charging, limiting you to take the big brick while traveling.

    Unstable

    I wanted to like this device, but ultimately am returning it because it was too unstable. I used it less than 2 weeks and in that time it wouldn't wake from sleep a dozen times and had to be hard restarted, crashed 3 times and rebooted itself, and totally froze up twice. On a brand new high end machine, this is unacceptable. ASUS support only gave me the option to ship it in for repair. Worse, this is the second ROG Flow Z13 2025 I have purchased in the last month. I initially had a 128GB from another retailer, and it had the same "not waking from sleep" issue, but on the 3rd day it happened again and nothing I did could get it to reboot. So every time it happened on this second device, I was afraid it was meeting a similar end. This one did always restart, but at this price point, I'd expect it to be more stable than this.

    I wanted something I could bring with me and Edit videos and some gaming. This device does it all. Only con is the singular small nvme slot. So you are locked yo the 1tb of memory.

    Fast and cool cpu/gpu design. Linux compatibility, especially with the wifi drivers, is not feature complete

    Worth the price if your looking for something in a smaller form factor. I saw a review online that said a usb 4 port was dead. I haven had any issues with mine.

    Love my rog flow z13 so much flex ability and was of use with this device. Only thing I would change is add a TB 5 for the price.

    Has all the power you could ask for in a tablet form. Hardest part to get over is the way you have to hold it on your lap. Needs an OLED, to much backlight bleed.

    Solid performance for a tablet, but dissapointing as a laptop. I dont think its possible for them to have cut any additonal corners to make the keyboard less durable.
