Overall, this is a very solid laptop with a lot of muscle for gamers. Unfortunately, I bought this for design and the display has a little bit of a blue tint. If this isn't a problem, then this unit packs a lot of punch for the price. If it is a problem, one of the other ASUS models may be a better option for you.

Overall really happy with my purchase! I know it's not a top tier laptop but if your on a budget and do moderate gaming it's perfect. I was reading many reviews before purchasing and when it went on sale I picked it up. I plan on upgrading memory and hard drive but it really not necessary. I just can't leave well enough alone.

ASUS failed me on the first phone I ever bought from them, but this is my second ASUS gaming laptop and I love it. The only flaw is I wish I got a more powerful one hhahahaha. The screen was definitely smaller and less quality than I would like but I planned on using a seperate screen so it worked out perfectly!

I actually bought it as a present for my 12-yr-old nephew and he absolutely loves it. I helped him set it up and install his games. Plays WoW on full settings flawlessly and for the price I think it's a great laptop. We haven't tried and heavy-duty gaming so I don't know how it would behave, but we're definitely happy.

I was looking for a laptop that would be good for college and for gaming. The Asus ROG GL502VT laptop was a perfect choice for me. I like how the keyboard characters are a little different than usual. The Intel i7 processor is super fast and the 1 TB hard drive gives me plenty of space to store school papers and projects.

I know that many people tell you not to buy a gaming laptop and instead build a gaming pc for cheaper, and they are right. But this gaming laptop is very good for those who don't know how to build a gaming pc or are too lazy to build one. It is a little expensive but worth the cost.
