    Dont make just an access point

    When set to an access opoint you cannot update or change any of the settings by signing in any more. It will inconveniently forget your credentials so all of your neighbors can steal from you. Caveat emptor.

    One issue is the issues with homekit connection otherwise its truly out of this world.

    It was okay but the hassle to set up and considering how bulky it was it wasn’t worth it for me. And it didn’t add much speed to my gaming . I was running 10-20 ping in most games. After this install I ended with an average 5-15. If that small improvement is worth it for you go for it.

    This is the biggest waste of money piece of garbage Asus has put out. I have had two of these and nothing but issues. If you have a large network, do not use. I have over 45 devices and roughly a quarter of them are hard wired, doesn't matter. Some devices cannot see each other, ridiculous lag, some phone apps can't reach the internet. I have 2 gig up and down connection, turned off all security on the router and still no dice. Garbage.

    This could have been so good. Everything was working flawlessly. When I try to put it in access point mode, it just stops working.
