Fast but loses connection a lot.

Called Xfinity they said it wasn’t their issue since they see that everything is going through properly. The router was updated everything seemed fine but didn’t stay connected for a long time. Well hopefully I just got a dud or maybe a fix will come but I returned it.

I have had to reset it a couple times to get ethernet working again. Not sure why that happens. Good GUI for configuration and easy to configure. They also have a mobile app to help you set it up initially. I got it for future Wi-Fi 6 capability. I don't currently use Wi-Fi6 anywhere though. I paired it with an Asus Surfboard Modem.

Unstable product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a fan of ASUS products but I am starting to see a trend with new products and the early adopters being the beta testers. Just like when I purchased the GT-AC5300 at launch it was plagued with issues and so is this AX11000. Déjà vu all over again. The AX11000 couldn’t remain online more than 24hrs without losing connectivity. I may have just simply received a hardware defective product but given my history with ASUS and new products I declined to try a replacement. Perhaps in a year when ASUS releases an unannounced hardware rev to the AX11000 to correct the hardware issues then I will try it again. For now I will stick to my three AiMesh GT-AC5300 HW Rev. A1

Thank you for sharing your reviews and we're sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered with your GT-AX11000. Please make sure to try another channel selection that’s suitable for your environment. To do this log in ROG Gaming Center (router.asus.com) and check on General/Wi-Fi Radar/Site survey(you could find step guideline in GT-AX11000 user manual page 42) to see which channel is clearer. You can set up your router’s channel in ROG Gaming Center>Advanced Setting>Wireless. If the problem still persists, please feedback via ASUSWRT web UI or ASUS router app, or you could send the feedback to cl-adrian@asus.com. We will provide further support. Your case for reference is N190556107.
