The Asus Rapture is very pricey but we have had it connected for 2-3 weeks so far, it constantly has 20 or more devices connected and we have not had to reset it once nor have I experienced any buffering while streaming video on a couple telepathy the same time.

I used to have ASUS RT-N66W Dual-Band router before this purchase. It stopped working all of a sudden after 8 years, so I had to purchase a new one. I believe in Asus and got this expensive one because of pandemic remote work scenario. I am very disappointed with this. It works great when it works, but the network drops out multiple times. It happens intermittently without any reason. No matter whether I am less than 3 ft from router or little far. I did upgrade the firmware as well, but no use. I tried to contact Best buy service, they transferred so many times in 10 mins and finally asked to contact my internet service provider, which is worst recommendation as a first troubleshooting step. So tried to chat with ASUS customer service, they routed to Bestbuy geek squad again. This is like a round robin.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I had several issues with firmware updates. Once I got that sorted out it is rock solid. Range isn't as good as advertised but paired it with a mesh router and now have great coverage.

It looks cool and haven't had any problems since i got it. The only thing i didnt like was the sx wifi speed maxs out at 620mbps. I have 1gb att fiber connection. For my wifi 6 computer is only pull 600 on wifi is a disappointment. I was expecting to pull at least 800 minimum. PC Asus x570 E-gaming motherboard 3700x cpu
