I'd say it's higher than entry level tree level because it does support over clocking we're overtalking and I had to watch a lot of videos and look up a lot of things to figure out the bias. It is a good one to get into overclocking. And my experience was with the AMD Ryzen 7 5800 X. The only thing I wish it had different was an extra 3 pin RGB header

5800X3D, 32GB 3600mhz DDR4, 2TB WD sn850x, and RX 6750 XT. Replaced my MSi B550 Gagging Plus with this board. Amazing when everything just works, wish I had bought this from the get go. This version sometimes does go $20-30 cheaper if you look hard enough.

Very nice looking motherboard. CPU installation was very easy unlike most motherboards. Plenty of USB ports and the flash bios option made things much easier. I dropped a star because it was surprisingly difficult to get my SSD with windows on it to boot. Had to scour the internet for hours to figure this out. Armoury crate is nice for figuring out what drivers need to be updated. The problem is that sometimes the app just crashes when you try to do the driver installation(s) directly from the software but it was still convenient overall. I have not OC my 5600x yet because my GPU is already bottlenecking it but I did OC my ram to 3200 MHZ really easily. Also has nice features like 7.1 surround sound soundboard, lots of USB ports, nice pre-installed I/O shield, pretty lights, 2.5gb lan connection.

I'm a bit old school (my first power-build was around an Intel DX2-66). I don't need a flashy lit up MB. I did need to build a PC quickly, and this MB was available at a reasonable price. Honestly, no other reason than it was the lowest priced MB in stock at my local Best Buy when I looked. The build was as simple as any before, with one new twist. I have not been paying attention to developments with the AMD CPUs and did not know that if you expect to use onboard video, you have to get an AMD CPU with built in graphics. I didn't know that was a thing. A quick trip back to Best Buy to get the correct CPU and everything else was cake (not a lie in this case). There was one other tiny speed bump that exposed another unexpectedly cool feature. Windows didn't detect the onboard chipset so I had to skip the initial on-line steps (expecting to do that later after I finished the base install and then loaded drivers from the included CD). There was some component of the MB that Windows10 recognised as an install source. I clicked 'yes' to a prompt to use that, and it completely set itself up from there. I am highly pleased with this MB (even as a non-gamer).

I purchased a Ryzen 7 5800X to meet Windows 11 approved CPU’s thinking to use on my existing ASUS Prime B350, but it could not run the 5800 chipset. This ASUS ROG B550 was in my price range at Best Buy that same day. I rushed to get it installed only to find it did not meet Windows 11 specs. ASUS did not list this board as either having or planned to have a BIOS update for Windows 11 compatibility. I was really bummed, as that was why I bought the Ryzen 7. Ah well, I would just stay with Windows 10. There was an updated BIOS rev, just a security and bug improvement and I like to keep up with the latest, so I flashed it, and WOW! I immediately found it had also upgraded the platform Windows 11 needed. It now met Windows 11 requirements. To say the least, I am very pleased. It is working great with my existing DDR 4 memory as I did not wand to go with DDR 5, which was not even available at the time.

Supported my 5800x out of the box. Very feature friendly. Awesome design.

Works like a charm. Put in a 5000 series processor and did first time windows install. Been working ever since. It looks very nice with a Cooler Master ML240L V2 on the processor and Corsair ram. Strong contender against x570.

I have recently built my first PC, and I chose this motherboard to build with. So far, this is an amazing motherboard. The BIOS is very easy to navigate, the rgb is good, easy to install, just overall a good motherboard, especially for it to be below $200.

Decided to upgrade my PC with a new AMD Ryzen 5 CPU and paired it with board. This is an amazing board and runs great. Easy to use and install. The only issue I ran into was that it stated it was AMD Ryzen ready out of the box, so I thought the BIOS was updated. When I installed, it wouldn't boot. I went to their support page to update the BIOS through a USB (made it really easy with this board) and once I updated it booted up like a champ.

I never built a pc but this was my first time and this was the first motherboard I ever bought. I’ve had it for a couple months now with no issues whatsoever. The RGB was picked up by my Corsair software which was a neat surprise. I’m not sure what else to say other than it was easy to work with and continued to be great till this day.

There is really not much to say other than the motherboard looks very sleek and provides an easy way to install your computer parts. Furthermore, I own a NH-D15 and it comfortably lives within this motherboard that also houses a 3060 ti in the pcie slot closest to the cpu housing.

Great product, easy to install and setup. Fits perfectly in my case and runs very smoothly.

Overall works great with my 5900x CPU. It has all the features I needed at a decent price.

Good quality board, easy to use, quality bios and love the rgb.
