Great laptop, not so great life spawn

some very scary sounds

I can't replace the fan because of the hardware configuration. Otherwise, it is great. I like the fact it doesn't have a webcam.

If you haven't already, I would recommend adjusting the fan presets within Armoury Crate and checking for any improvement. Definitely not worth the price GO BUY A PC!

If i could return i would, Good laptop for low spec game (minecraft, valorant, among us) it can average 60fps GO BUY A PC!

Audio issue

Poor rating from Geek squad!

Dirty when we opened it up and when we turned it on it sounds like we are downloading a DVD the fan runs so loudly! This was not well looked at by Geek at all! It sucked!

Good enough, but not for heavy gaming.

I am a college student, gamer, digital artist and video editor/streamer. In other words, I have games and editing software downloaded on my laptop. The laptop is supposed to be good overall for mediocre use and to be reliable, which it is, but for someone like me who does a lot of things with my laptop, it sometimes freezes. The memory sits at 55% when not in use, the CPU is perfectly fine around 10%. The laptop has not yet overheated in my usages (I've had this laptop for a little over a week). So if I want to play a game, I must clear background processes and only have the game app running, the graphics must also be set to low, or else I will crash my game (I cannot stream while playing or else the game will be extremely laggy or crash). The LED lights in the laptop comes with software to change colors; the laptop has a beautiful display. The keys have not jammed on me. There exists 3 USB slots and a headphone jack on the left side of the laptop. There exists the power cord, a micro USB slot, Ethernet slot, and HDMI slot on the back of the laptop. There is nothing on the right side of the laptop or front of the laptop. There is no webcam on the laptop. I already ordered a 8gb RAM stick to install in my laptop for it to run 16gb of memory, which will most likely solve my issue of my games crashing and hopefully allow me to stream with no issues. I have a terabyte of external storage since the storage on the laptop will run out for a person like me. I have a Razer gaming mouse. I have a RIG 500 Pro gaming headset. I will soon have a Wacom Intuous drawing pad. I have an Ethernet cable connected and an Asus monitor connected (there is lag when attempting to play a game on my monitor from my laptop, but there is no lag when using it for editing or office work). All of these have connected and worked perfectly fine with this laptop. The hardware covers most modern day apps and software.
