Wi-Fi disconnection and restarting problem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.wifi often disconnect for no reason and I have to restart the computer but it also stock at the restart loading screen forever that I have to force shut down the power. Fps does well in offline games but huntshwondown 100-50 jumping around feeling nasty and rust only gives around 60-80fps pretty funny. If the Wi-Fi disconnect again I will return it. :(

WIFI dropping issue:
1.Press Windows Key + R then type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
2.Expand Network adapters then right-click on your installed network adapter and select Properties.
3.Switch to Power Management Tab and make sure to uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.“
4.Click Ok and close the Device Manager.
5.Now press Windows Key + I to open Settings then Click System > Power & Sleep.
6.On the bottom click Additional power settings.
7.Now click “Change plan settings” next to the power plan which you use.
8.At the bottom click on “Change advanced power settings.“
9.Expand Wireless Adapter Settings, then again expand Power Saving Mode.
10.Next, you will see two modes, ‘On battery’ and ‘Plugged in.’ Change both of them to Maximum Performance.

Performance at what cost

You should not worry about your laptop giving out on you, especially after spending 1500 dollars on it.

Do not buy

I bought this and a few days after the warranty was up this happened. How convenient. Look for something else, unless you want a $1600 paperweight.

Nearly Flawless Gaming Experience!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The ASUS - ROG Strix G15 Advantage Edition 15.6" FHD Gaming Laptop - AMD Ryzen 9-5900HX - 16GB Memory - Radeon RX 6800M - 512GB SSD is at the top of its game for gamers and their combined passion for gaming. Boasting Asus' ROG branding, with AMD's Ryzen processor, 16 GB of RAM and 1/2Gb of SSD Hard Drive space, this laptop is ready to take on any challenge! I found this laptop to be nearly perfect in its looks and design. It was ultra fast, sleek, keyboard layout was excellent, accent designs and keys made for a near perfect experience. My only complaint is that for a full-size 15.6 screen, the keyboard did not offer the 10-key section. While this is not necessary for most gamers, I find this computer doubles for writing college papers or business when not being put through the paces. The missing 10-key pad is noticeable during these times! While gaming is the true intent for this Asus ROG beast, I always take my testing a step further and put it up against Crypto-mining: the true test of a CPU/GPU in any computer. This one rocked for any homegrown mining venture. It out paced other tests and did not slow down. It handled all games and videos I put through it with no noticeable lags. PROS - ASUS name, brand, and recognition for excellence in the gaming market - The design is awesome. Back panels are exchangeable if you do not like red as the default. - LED accents are spot on - Feels good during gaming and is responsive! - Excellent Specs for nearly any use! CONS - I would liked to have had the 10-key pad. Just my personal choice! GET THIS LAPTOP!!

Was difficult to figure out how to do a factory image reset. Poor screen light bleed in the corners. If you read the Asus reviews on this site this unit has the lowest scores.

Cpu overheat

Garbage pc

And that’s it. This computer struggles to do the simplest task. Discord lags. And now the computer keeps blue screening on start up
