    I bought this item, and decided to go with a G16 with the 5070ti video card. So I shipped this item back to Best Buy. After recieving the item back, Best Buy said they would refund the $2200 plus in Best Buy gift cards (Which I NEVER recieved), instead of refunding my Best Buy credit card (the original form of payment). For over a month now, I've been escalating the case and getting nowhere. Agents will hang up on me when they realise the mess that has been made out of this, and they cannot help. I am getting no feedback on why nothing is being done. Meanwhile my credit score is taking hits because my Best Buy credit card is overextended, and I refuse to make payments until this is sorted. I've never been able to speak to a supervisor or ANYONE who can do anything to fix the issue. Never again will I purchase anything through shipping with this company!
