I, like a lot of people, have become big fans of AMD processors. This laptop is a quality example of the progress made. Great performance, great display, amazing speakers. Every game I've played from my Steam library has worked flawlessly. Only downside I've encountered so far has been fingerprints - keep a felt cloth with the laptop. Other than that, I can't see a reason not to recommend this beast of a laptop.

This computer is great for gaming. The graphics are amazing and it is fast when I’m playing.

This was picked up as a replacement for my wifes dying Lenovo. We have a three year old son and a Mirrorless camera, so I guess it could go without saying, but she's going photo crazy. While the GPU is nothing fancy, it does handle some light photo and video editing. Its relatively quite, and has a nice rugged build. Not flimsy at all. Very happy with the purchase

It performed well for the amount of time I owned it. I had a laptop with a 1060 card, so it was some improvement over it. I think the cooling system could be better though.

this laptop does not have a high quality panel, but other than that is not too bad. The ryzen chip is pretty good. The build quality is above average...typical laptop in price range

It will not be long before this will be upgraded but right now, it is an excellent value. Good processor, good graphics, good screen, good amount of ram, just enough SSD space, good design and build. It checks all the boxes even at a lower price. The battery life could be better and it has no webcam (Zoom is out :) but I can cope. This laptop speaks well of ASUS and the value they bring to the market.

While it only has a 1660Ti (Max Q model) it plays all the games I like at high to Ultra(Sea of thieves plays at ultra) at minimal frames of 60 and even maxing out the refresh rate of the panel (120hz) Overall this laptop is great if you can get it on sale but at regular price it's hard to suggest as at 1200 dollars you can build a Mini ITX box PC with parts that will outclass this for a similar size.

So, no doubt this is a great gaming laptop.... Until it heats up!! Once the CPU hits max temp, this thing goes bonkers. Haven't tried, but I won't be surprised if minesweeper starts lagging. I returned this piece of trash in a week and bought MSI g65 leopard which has i7 10 gen and rtx2070 (full, not max q) and it's totally worth the extra 300 bucks.

I originally got an open box version which was probably my problem but the laptop wouldn't run when not plugged in. The laptop could hold a charge but it was like it wasn't properly connected and couldn't use said charge. Other than that, the laptop ran really well and if you are looking at getting a new one, I would definitely recommend it. I ended up getting a different laptop with the help of the best buy manager. They were very helpful and completely understanding. They didn't waste my time and got me what I needed.

Awesome little laptop for the price, it's nice and fast and can play most games.

I purchased 2 labtops and 1 tablet. It could not have been more timely. One labtop was for my grandson. Who knew that he would be needing it to do his school work. The pandemic has made every one do their school work at home. The labtop enabled to work at and keep up with all his school work. The devices purchased were just what we needed, they are the best and the price was right. Thank You.

A fine laptop for the budget gamer. We ultimately returned it not for any particular problem, but because our son realized that he needed something with a web cam (which this doesn't have).

My son turned 13 and wanted a gaming laptop - this one perfectly fit our budget for the qualifications that he was looking for. With the online games - speed + great visuals are must and this laptop fit both in specs and in our budget.
