It works well, the only thing is sometimes the fan is super loud.

this is my first gaming laptop or any gaming computer at that nice sleek design a bit noisy with the fan when you play more high end graphics games battery last about 4 hours for me which is OK but I get good fps on all the games I play high end games I get 60fps or more low end about 30fps which is very good I really like this laptop and hope to keep it for years to come.

Purchased this laptop for my grandson, he loves minecraft, wizard101, youtube, and other games. All play well, he is quite happy. Good quality, purchased same one for my granddaughter a year ago, she loves hers also

Awesome use of computer only issue is no camera but works good

I have owned this laptop for more than a year and all I can say is I've had a lot of issues. When I first purchased the laptop it was amazing there were absolutely no issues. When it crossed the yearly mark, I experienced issues in fps drops that couldn't run my game properly even though I upgraded all drivers. There are also issues with the CPU fan which I had to replace not even 2 years in. While playing games laptop has to be plugged in all the time so it doesn't lag. There has also been mic issues even when I bought a new headset the fans are so loud and can be heard. I am very disappointed in this product after spending $1000 I thought it would last longer. Do not buy!

Good fast computer. The only complaints I have is the fan is super loud on Turbo mode and the other day the computer had an error to make it restart (though that seems to be the fault of the OS as opposed to the hardware.

This is a first time gaming PC purchase and so far it does not disappoint.

Sleek, fast, and powerful is how I would describe this notebook. I use it for editing photos and videos as a photographer and I'm happy to say that it handles the demand very well. No problems with lagging whatsoever.

This is one smooth running machine. I was looking for a laptop for my son that would be great for college and lets not kid ourselves some gaming. This was perfect and fit the budget. Fast and smooth are the things that come to mind.

Laptop design and performance has come a long way. The last laptop I bought was the Toshiba Qosmio X505-Q870. That was 2nd/ 3rd gen Core i7 with really bad radeon graphics. I was able to play some games and generally had an okay time. That cost me nearly $2000. This Zephyrus was literally half that price with all the right parts I would expect to see in a similarly priced desktop. The performance is great, reliable, low fan noise, great thermal dissipation, and beautifully quick display. I've not seen anything like this in a laptop. I'm impressed and satisfied with my purchase. With that said, I should have waited for the upgraded model with the Ryzen 7 4800H cpu. But, I was impatient and wanted to upgrade sooner rather than later haha Enjoy!

I really like this laptop. I’m able to play my favorite games on it as well as being able to do any other things I want on it. I originally bought it for gaming and school, and I’d say, it’s doing great at its job!

To live stream I needed a much better GPU and this unit worked well.

Great PC for the price. Only negative is that its a bit bulky.

Little bit heat but good for csgo rainbow6 siege etc max setting

so first off this laptop works great for my work related chores, and work homework. however this laptop cannot even run basic old games such as cs:go, let alone triple a titles such as call of duty warzone or apex legends. I have yet to play a game of cs:go without massive frame rate drop randomly. apex, warzone or even something in between such as rust is not even worth trying to play for me as the lag and framerate drop are so intense I cant even play more than 5 minutes. the specs of this laptop sounded great, so I figured id give it a shot. ive even gone as far as updating all of my drivers, my windows 10, all of the firmware, and everything else that needed updates. I customized output to be able to run as well as it can and I still have to lower all of the graphic qualities to low or disabled to run cs:go enough to not die everytime I play. so I would honestly say I im not sure about this laptop, many people say they have no issues and only a handful have the same issue.

Got it as my first gaming laptop and is amazing so far, very fast in speed and in gaming and it lights up, not like a rainbow though, kinda sad, but the specs or really good, just wish it had more memory.

I had purchased this going off of a suggestion I received for my kids for school towards the end of the year as distant learning started. For the price at the time with looking at reviews it seemed fine. I had purchased two and when I was doing the setup and updates for both I had noticed ones performance was a little slower. But then began getting blue screens and reboots. I should have just returned both and looked into something else for a little bit more. As most people said it does get a little hot when gaming on it, the display is not super bright and the audio output is a little low. Looking into it now I learned this was a slightly older model that's why there was such a great discount. I look at other laptops and for a little more I think I could have gotten something similar maybe a little better with a camera and a PD usb-C port. If I didn't it again I think I may have done it differently but you do get what you pay for.

It is perfect for an all around computer. Performs very well
