Playing DayZ and GTA 5 all high settings. Works like a charm.

For a mid range gaming laptop the price was great, but that is about it. The noise this laptop makes makes a Metallica Concert seem like a relaxing Zen garden. I was able to use headphones and not hear the fans running. I had an issue with the fan making weird noises and ended up returning it.

Got a great deal for buying open box geek certified and saved over 250$ just because of that. Very happy with the purchase would recommend to any one to look for open box so you don't have to pay full price. Great

It is a nice laptop case, screen and mother board, the 1660ti is good to. The problem is the AMD chip. The first problem I had is there was no way to control the output to the TV. So it defaults to ybbc 420 which for some odd reason makes my lg oled brake, it makes black look like a cheap led. So I installed AMD graphics drivers which I was able to change it to 422 10 bit but it still didn't display the black right, Intel on board does btw and so does nvidia at 10 bit. So I changed it to rgb and that fixed it. Then I tried to load into x4 and it refused to use the nvidia card and crashed. Then I tried arma 3 and it crashed. The numbers are 2047 single core passmark, which it can do multi tests and keep that number, 9530 multi. Which is like a 7700hq, so that is disappointing. It is no way equal or even close to 9th gen Intel. The 1600 ti max q gets 62 fps on heaven 4 1080 max 8x as. 67 with msi afterburner. So a little better than a 1060 laptop. As I said though it doesnt matter because the AMD 3750h has alot of problems.

I don't know much about gaming laptops but my son seems to love everything about it and the games he plays look great, sound great and he especially loves that there's no longer any lag!

For 899, the specs it has are a beast. Can run most modern games at high frame rates and keeps the temperature at a reasonable temperature at max load. Removed 1 star since I had framerate issues when I got it. Had to troubleshoot it and find out myself it was because the bios wasn't updated. Aside from that, overall its a great laptop.

The laptop is fast, tons of memory, and multitasking thing are great it’s very sturdy (I dropped it few times already) My gaming has been going smooth totally worth it and would recommend.

I would highly recommend making sure everything is up to date software wise. Go to the ASUS website and manually update the chipset, bios, and so forth. I had throttling issues until I did that. But after that, everything was fine. The armory crate software controls silent or performance modes and it is very useful. Great buy!

Good computer, runs great, and is good for gamers and non gamers

Bought this as I was entering college a little bit more than a year ago, and it has done a very good job. A bit heavy but that's not a problem. Gaming wise, it's pretty decent.

It is good for gaming and it is also light so it is portable.

In short it's very fast but also gets hot very fast.

this was my first "nice" laptop. Couldn't ever go back. This thing is next level. I actually use it for video editing(not gaming). And its speed really helps make it an easier process.

I do not recommend to buy this laptop if it's not on sale. Basically it's a "what you pay is what you get" gaming laptop that has GTX 1660 Ti, 16GB RAM and 120hz screen are the notable specs of this gaming laptop but the screen not the clear/crisp to the eyes. Overall, the specs are amazing except for the color/brightness of the screen.

Literally this thing is great, it’s super small (in comparison to my old one) runs very smooth, runs my fave game at over 70 FPS on ultra graphics settings, well worth what I. Paid for it!

Good for daily use. But when it comes to gaming, it is nightmare. It throttle downs CPU to 400 mhz even with light gaming. CPU usage is just about 20%, and heat is around 80c. It is a know problem for this laptop, and people are speaking of it on various forums. Asus does not seem to care about it. What is the point if this can't even handle light games that my old laptop with potato CPU and no dedicated GPU could handle. Armoury Crate is like a joke and almost no control of anything on BIOS.

The graphics are great and the features for gaming. I bought this primarily to play WoW but I found it to be slow and laggy. I actually returned it and bought the Acer Helios. It’s a good computer but I think there are better out there for the price.
