He likes it but he told me that if these things were fixed he would have given it a 5 star review. After using the laptop for 5+ hours as he does per game time he says that the bigges thing is the thermals of this laptop gets rather on slightly-above hot on the right side near the 'H-Enter' section. He plays Overwatch alot and he says it lags for him from time to time even on the lowest settings. It goes from 180fps-80fps from time to time, sometimes even lower than that. So this laptop can game, but unless you know what your doing he said he would suggest to open it up, and replace the thermal paste, otherwise might come with high temps and frame drops.

What you've experienced was not intentional or representative of our brand. If you haven't already, please follow the link below to update your BIOS, VGA and chipset drivers. I also recommend verifying you have installed all available Windows updates. You should not be seeing framerates dipping 50% in games. If possible, I would also suggest placing the machine on a solid and flat surface to maximize airflow. It’s a lightweight laptop

Ryzen 7 and a GTX 1660 Ti. that combo does very well with gaming, got over 85 FPS with the games Itested. As a day to day computer this thing is awesome. Backlight keyboard, good variety of ports and a fantastic screen. Very well built and very solid. 120 refresh rate on the screen is a welcome suprise for the amount you pay for this. If you are looking for a very well built laptop with great specs this is hard to beat. priced very well.

Ryzen 7 is a huge bottleneck

At $1100, it should have at least an i7 processor and that would've made this a 5 star laptop.

Wish it had the internal large hard drive for storage. Hate to use the SSD for that. Decent sound reproduction. All in all I am pleased and would recommend to others.
