Laptop is dead after 5 months

Every time I boot into Windows, Keyboard and Mouse is frozen. I tried to rollback to a previous system Image, it didn't work. Windows will not let me even "Reset the PC" it just fails. The computer also started Bluescreening on start up. So now I have to drop it off for repair or try reinstalling Windows from a USB and I'm left without a laptop either way. Laptop was up to date on drivers and Windows was up to date before this happened.

This by far has exceeded my expectations. It has a slim form factor and consumes less power as it is a Max Q design. Further, it has been able to handle most games I have thrown at it including the new version of CoD MW. Next, this screen is amazing and it is 120hz.

Not the best for heavy games due to thermals
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used for a week was fine then started noticing temps started running hotter under normal use with fans turned up design is good but max q makes performance drop needs bios update out of the box or extreme stuttering occurs I replaced with acer Helios with same specs plus intel i7 for 200 more this is only good for light gaming plus soldered ram so limited upgrade down the road

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.All is good with the system runs great..I play high end games and it runs them on medium to high setting but I do have a problem with this laptop in general I have had this laptop longer then 2 weeks and I already have to take it back in because it has a loose LCD connector piece inside of it and the screen will go out on half of it so once they fix that it will be better

I play Diablo 2 Ressurected all of the time. The only downside is the speed on the 2nd hard drive. If you are happy with 500gb it's worth it. NOTE: I got this open box with some dents for $850. Would buy again!
