Gets hot fast

However, Playing the witcher 3 on its lowest setting and having the pc setting on "performance" gave me about 47FPS. It started getting hot about an hour in and the fans went on high. It sounded like when you drive on the freeway with you windows slightly opened. I had high expectations and it was kind of dissappointing so it was returned 3 days in.

Great gaming laptop

AAA titles to games in beta and hitting anywhere from 60-200 FPS consist depending on the game. The ASUS rog features are amazing

High refresh rate on screen makes gaming a pleasure for my son. Not having to wait for his equipment to catch up to the feed

The cooling fan's can't prevent it from thermal throttling even with a cooling pad. Screen doesn't get bright enough to use outside. Keyboard tactile feel is perfect though. Soldiered on RAM, planned obsolescence. $1200 for a laptop that realistically can't replace a console is a joke.

Great gaming pc for somebody on a budget

Louder than a jet engine tho, no games + silent mode in class necessary to not be obnoxious.

Eneded up taking it back and replacing it with a Razer 15 Base which had a bigger gpu, and a nvme drive and a wicked display. Of your gaming I would not recommend this but for anything else, sure.
