The audio port crackles a lot. You cannot install a hypervisor. The is crashed after installation.

There's a possibility that there are background apps and Windows updates causing the unit to perform as it does. What we've observed with the Windows 10 operating system is that once the unit is not being used all background and installed apps including Windows updates will fire up. We would recommend that you check for and install updates. LAPTOP KEYBOARD KEYS WOULD WORK THEN NOT WORK. CONSTANT FREEZES, BLACK SCREENS, ETC. MAYBE I JUST GOT A LEMON, WHO KNOWS, BUT I RETURNED IT AND GOT A WAY MORE POWERFUL DELL G7.

Perfect College Laptop

I guess I got what I paid for. I loved the way it looked. It has a great aluminum body with a solid build. However, it was LOUD. Anytime I played anything, unless it was set to the Silent mode on the fans, it got incredibly loud and unbelievably hot even though the fans were running full blast. Couldn't take this thing sitting on my lap and it was so loud I could barely hear what was coming out. Whats great: Sound - Fantastic sound, bassy and powerful. Display - Sharp and bright Whats not: Cooling Fan Processor got hotter than any laptop I've ever used. Sorry, can't recommend.

Didn't realize it was a second generation processor, with 4 cores, until after I bought it. Luckily I exchanged it before the 14 days!
