I got it for that, as well as gaming. I play cpu intensive games, like World of Warcraft, league of legends, valorant etc. All of these games had lag spikes every few seconds. Updated all the drivers, bios, even reset the laptop and started fresh. Nothing. Good luck if you’re looking for a light gaming laptop
