I bought this as an open box item. I was so skeptical at first because it was an open box item but OMG this is the BEST computer I have ever owned. I bought it in 2018 and in 2022 I still have it. I use it for my business and it still has tons of memory, awesome graphics, updates constantly, battery is still functional and lasts unlike other laptops where the battery burns out and you have to keep it plugged in. I still highly recommend this computer to any designers out there, cricut users, affinity users, etc. Thank you so much to best buy and staff for recommending this computer to me.

I've had an Asus laptop in the past and it didn't disappoint, I had high expectation for this one and it surpassed them. It's sleek, light and easy to use. The images are crisp and I have 0 lag. Games run smoothly and it's great. I love it.

I have to hard it for long but I got it to play ffxiv n I use the benchmark for it n it ran pretty good for the price it out I say it a pretty good gaming out to have. Im pretty have with it but I still brand new to have it.

So, I bought this laptop open-box (typing on it right now) looking for a laptop that i could use in public without the bulk and "Pro- gamer" get-up, and it's perfect! Have not tested its performance, but the SSD in the thing makes all my tasks feel snappy, and It looks amazing! Just not sure on the quality control after hearing about the other ones being all messed up.

Great for playing games and watching anime ^_^ It'll last at least 3 years too, so its a good laptop with good build quality!!!

This was purchased for video editing. It handles games. The price on it was less than I was looking at spending so thats a plus. AMD Ryzen processor and a 6 gig Geforce for 1300 hell yeah.

I got this computer for school since I needed something with decent specs for cyber security works well and can run new games very well.

I've had this laptop for a few months now and it's been outperforming my wildest expectations for a laptop of this price.

Love the design super lightweight and sturdy aluminum frame. Never have issues with overheating, the standoffs underneath provide more than enough clearance for air flow. Ran a 3000+ part model in SolidWorks without issues which was quite surprising. Also played Overwatch on high at 60 fps and it didnt skip a beat. Hands down best gaming laptop you could buy on a budget.

This is a really nice high quality laptop. It can run just about any game at 250 fps. I’ve had no major problems with it so far and it does amazingly well at making it easy to have quick access to the Armory Crate settings. Although one issue I have is that when it's unplugged it maxes out at 60 fps and sometimes even drops to 30. This also isn't that bad because I rarely unplugged it but when I did it still became a problem. Overall it's an amazing laptop and I'm very happy with it.

I love this laptop I got for my birthday. It great, powerful, and portable. For 830 open box! I love it and recommend it

It runs all the games I want to play at max settings. High-end games there is a struggle but an overall great laptop. Would Recommend

I bought this computer early this week and most that I have been doing is debugging the computer itself. When I put it on sleep mode and try to turn it on it does not, I have to do a hard reset every time. It does not run solid works smoothly. It lags on programs in lab view that my 2012 mac book did not have issues with. The one good thing is that when I tried to do a couple of video-games they worked pretty well. It is serviceable as a laptop, but as an engineering student it does not hit the performance expected from the sum of it's parts.

had an old MacBook pro which in no way is a comparison however it was time for a new laptop. With the want to play mostly just MTGA and WOW this far exceeds the needs, but I wanted to have to option to play just about anything I wanted. This machine I have no doubts will be able to handle them. Going through a variety of other games and have yet to be disappointed. Spent a lot of time trying to pick the "right" laptop for me and I could not be happier with this purchase.

Had no problem running games and large programs and the design is phenomenal

Super solid gaming laptop no complaints gets hot when gaming so get a fan

as far as gaming computers go, i know more about desktops, but this laptop is clean, runs well, and has all the processing power i could need for now. it will make a good computer for those of you trying to find a decent laptop for high performance at a decent price

Kind of slow, even right out of the box. Battery life okay, but it's just okay.
