    I honestly went to best buy for a 8GB computer but they were all out and im glad bc for 300 extra dollars I got a speed train shes a beast highly recommend feels good typing on it also

    The computer’s sound system was especially good, you could tell immediately when you start up the computer, the colors on the keyboard could be better but that doesn’t matter much to me.

    My husband an i bought a G3 for him and the Zephyrus G for me. The Zephyrus is getting lower FPS then the cheaper G3 and it keeps disconnecting me and crashing games the dell G3 has no issues with and its the lowest spec G3. Not only that but out of no where the right side fan will be extremely loud even when just browsing no matter what setting i put it on. It is very weird how only the right side will do it. The only way to undo it is turning the computer off. I googled this computer and it looks like many are having issues. Verry disapointed.

    Worst Worries Ever!

    I first get told at the store there is none left in stock so i said no problem & ordered one directly to the store. I pick it up & begin the set up the same day and all FPS games began to run at 15 FPS. After hours of YouTube videos i fixed all the restrictions the system had. Further more being left with error screens once in a while after a computer restart. After running Safe Mode a couple of times i realized every time when the Windows 10 login came up the screen will freeze & leave me no cursor or keyboard available for use. I picked this PC up 7/17/19 & its been giving me issues all night. If its not the FPS its the login. Im giving till the 20th of this month to give me a solution to fix this PC, I love it honestly but hate to return it because of factory errors. Your giving me no honest options here.

    Bad lag everygame

    Just bought this laptop a few days ago. Since then, each game lags or studder every 5 seconds. I have performed a hard reboot and edited the Nvidia control panel settings and still having same issue. As soon as the fans turn on in performance or turbo mode, the entire computer starts to studder and lag. Please help! I have tried many difference ways of trying to fix. Most likely will return this for a different brand.

    This laptop was working like a dream for me and it was a great purchase for its price. However, only 6 months after I had bought the laptop the left fan for the cpu started making some terrible noises, so bad as to discourage me from even turning on the laptop. My friend who bought one as well told me he could also hear problems with the fans. If they fix this then it would be a great purchase, but until then only 1 star.

    BOTH didn't work

    I had bought this laptop to mainly play WoW. The first one I bought played the game as it should, however the only issue was that the battery was defective and it would not take a charge. I had to keep the laptop plugged in to be able to use it. It also got very hot (like painful to touch within seconds) after only minutes of use. Obviously it was very loud when this occurred. I returned it a day later and got a new one (the same model) from Best Buy. I returned it and got a brand new one. The new one I got no longer had the battery issue, but I could not play my game. It consistently went from about 90 FPS to 20 or less and "lagged" immediately when playing. I reduced the graphics of the game to the absolute lowest and had no different effect on the playable experience from other levels. It was not internet connection as I tried it on multiple internet connections. All graphics drivers were updated and still had these issues. The new laptop also again became incredibly hot when running it. The game is pretty much unplayable on this laptop. My "normal" desktop from 2013 can play this game far better than the laptop I just bought that has far better components. Incredibly frustrated with this product and will be returning it tomorrow.

    Thermal Throttling

    When I finally got through the Windows set up and Steam installation I downloaded a couple of games to try out and immediately noticed that the fans spool up to 100% and saw the games performance just dip dramatically. Tried a different game and received the same results. About 40 seconds of solid game-play then performance dip. Checked my drivers and made sure everything was up to date. Started looking online for answers and found that this is a common issue for these laptops. Tried the "solutions" from different forums and nothing worked, leading me to believe that this is purely a hardware/software issue. I ran some of the games in "window mode" so that I can see the temps and CPU/GPU status and sure enough the temps were hitting 90 degrees C and CPU usage at 100%. Unfortunately this "gaming laptop" is not good at what it's made to do. I am extremely disappointed that they would release a faulty product out like this. Will be returning this thing and get something other than Asus.

    Spend your money elsewhere

    As an IT professional and hobbyist gamer I was excited to purchase this Asus laptop. However, I am now extremely disappointed thanks to the worst unboxing experience I have ever had with a laptop. First, I take the laptop and hit the power button.... and, nothing. Ok, so I plug in the cord and hit the power button again, this time it comes on. Once it gets into Windows the battery shows 46% charge. So it either charged halfway in 10 minutes or there really was charge. The fact it didn't come on immediately without the cord is disconcerting. The bigger problem are the RGB lights. I found the software, and despite adjusting ever possible dial I have available to me, the laptop simply stares at me in white LED. I updated the software, installed a hotfix, and a BIOS! All on a brand new laptop! Nothing I was able to do in nearly 2 hours of troubleshooting fixed the lights. This level of troubleshooting on a brand new laptop is completely unacceptable. I spent $1200 on this computer, I expect it to work when I take it out of the box. If a basic features don't work, how can I trust this to be a solid investment? Additionally, the entire time I'm working with it, the fans are running and the chassis is hot. I feel for AMD, I want them to be successful, but OEMs delivering garbage like this does not help the cause. Do not buy!

    I am really disappointed

    I was excited to purchase this laptop as my first gaming laptop, I did research about what was best and for the price tag this was possibly somewhat of a steal with all the specs that comes with the machine. However I haven’t even owned this laptop for a month and my FPS has dropped to a drastically low number, the speed performance has been poor, and I have done everything to make the pc put out better numbers while not sacrificing a huge amount of detail and graphics. Not to mention when I power up the laptop sometimes I can’t even log in because the sign in screen freezes and I am unable to punch in a single key of my password to access my home screen. In the end I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend and I’m greatly disappointed. My month to turn in my laptop hasn’t passed yet but I installed a M.2 drive but at this point I don’t really care about it anymore after the $120 it cost to buy the drive and get installed.

    The worst computer I've had . There is a problem with the processor (probably a bios program) People all over the world are suffering from the processor's rapid fall and fall after trying to run games or software programs which it should do without a problem. Asus does not yet have a solution to the problem. So far I am waiting for an answer from them as to why I bought it and left for America and now I have to mail it to best buy and return it to lose money and time to get my money or other model. The processor will keep Stutters and drop to 400mh Wich drop the fps from 120 to 10 and stuck the game or software for few second and return all the time dosent what I did update bios drivers delete everything and reinstall unfortunately people all over the world having some problem and Asus dosent know.how to fix even after you send it to them. Like I said I'm not in USA any more and u got it 2 weeks a go and left America now.i need to mail to thm get refound or exchange but in mine time I will lose time and money for shipping . So like I said do go with this lap top dosent matter if.youre on turbo mode and plugin the processor will stutters all the time and stuck everything .
