The computer worked OK for about a month and then would not boot. I took it to Geek Squad and they recommended upgrading and buying same model with some slightly better options. I did this and then the operating system failed and the computer would not function again after 2 weeks. Geek Squad was ineffective and asked for more money. I then asked for a refund. This computer is a mess. Too much going on and the operating system has problems with other loaded software. The keyboard cannot be seen with the color as well. If you want to stay away from problems, stay away from this. My experience with Geek Squad also has me questioning using Best Buy in the future.
