It has great hardware, but they don’t tell you the response time. I was very unhappy with my purchase. Returned it. You’re way better off getting the ASUS ROG M15. The GPU and CPU are less, but the quality, response time, graphics, and all are phenomenal.

I bought this laptop with the intent of editing videos and playing games. It froze while I was using Davinci Resolve and froze again while I was using gimp. I am returning because it is not worth the money if it cannot handle video/photo editing softwares.

Worst purchases ever work for a day and died the next day. I’m a loyal asus customer having other products and I would say this was a bad buy. Very disappointed with asus.

I had this lap top for about a year and 6 months. Everything was great until I was using it and it randomly shut down. Now the computer will not power on at all.

I am a professional edito. Gets hot but works well for gaming and video editing. Must be on charger for peak performance. Not great for bright settings . Work horse

I've Had this laptop for about a mouth now and everything has worked great. I really enjoy the the way its so easy to pull up stats in the middle of a game as well as the 4 different modes. The battery life is good and the graphics as well as the frames are great. The only issue i have is that a few keys from factor where indented a bit far but other then that the keyboards great and doesn't have a track pad that gets in the way. And the touch ID to get in is another great perk. 10 out of 10 from me i would defiantly recommend.

This is a great laptop providing almost leading-edge performance at an unbelievable price. The Ryzen 9 processor is one of the top 2 fastest processors on the market right now, and the nVidia RTX 2060 GPU is arguably in the top 10 of graphics processors as well. The SSD is a nVme device meaning it runs at the speed of the PCIe bus rather than the SATA bus which makes hard drive performance skyrocket. 16 GB of RAM is plenty. The display is full HD, i.e., 1080p. There are 4 USB3 ports, 2 are Typ A and 2 are Type C so you can plug in almost anything. There's also an HDMI port. WiFi is the very latest WiFI 6 (aka 802.11ax). In other words, all the hardware is beyond reproach. Just fabulous. And at this price quite incredible. It comes loaded with Windows 10 Home. I would have liked Windows 10 Pro but for most people that's not an issue. A good thing is that there is zero bloatware installed, out of the dozens of laptops I've owned I think that's a first and much appreciated. I play a lot of first-person shooter type games and am able to play them all on very high or highest settings easily. I do have a couple quibbles. The keyboard lighting is terrible. The upper left corner is far brighter than the lower right corner. I think the keyboard is more legible with the lighting turned all the way off. The cooling fan (fans?) kick on almost immediately after launching a game and are moderately loud. I guess that's a price you pay for such high performance in such a small package. Overall, this is a great-performing, great-looking, great value of a 14" laptop. I think it would also make a fantastic productivity laptop that could run any application you throw at it.

Horrible product, constantly stops working and I've had to reset it twice in less then 2 years. Way overpriced for how awful this is.

Works fantastic, i have had this laptop for a little over 4 years and it runs pretty much any game i throw at it. However and this may have been because of something i nay have done i am not sure, but it like to fight me when i try to boot it up from shut down. I don't know why but i may have done something to cause it, regardless it only takes a couple reboots to fix. Runs fast plays great i use it for pretty much everything when not on my desptop at home.

ASUS - ROG Zephyrus G14 14" Gaming Laptop is an amazing laptop. Responsiveness, Graphic card and SSD hard drive can't be beat. ASUS has stepped up their game on this laptop. I have been truly amazed at the accuracy and engagement this laptop makes me feel everytime I turn it on. I would highly recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a great gaming laptop. The graphics are truly immersive and the responsiveness is so very fast that I truly feel like this is a great gaming laptop for any user.

I researched this computer for a month straight and obsessively before buying. I have the money to purchase Apple or razer and strongly considered the MacBook Pro 16 and the razer blade advanced. I was looking for a quality build, great keyboard, portable but powerful enough for content creation and GAMING AAA titles. buy this laptop, you will not regret it. it’s genuinely a game changer and this will force intel and AMD to focus on power and portability with reasonable price tags. Pros: portability, design, fast, great keyboard to type on, professional looking. Cons: the only con I can find and this is nit picking cause even this isn’t bad. The display is beautiful, I did not notice any lagging or ghosting and I’m a serious COD player but I do feel it needs to have an option to be 25% brighter. inside it’s a non issue and you’ll find yourself turning the brightness down, however I live on a boat and my life is outside. that’s the only flaw I can find. It’s a beautiful display otherwise. Lastly, the bottom is plastic, I feel this is an oversight and should have been metal like the top. buy this laptop over razer or MacBook, neither brands have anything comparable right now. Oh and to address some of the heat issues, the driver updates fixes all of this. heat is a non-issue, trust me, I’m OCD about where I spend my money and if this thing got too hot, I’d return it. Buy this laptop.

Horrible laptop. speed detoriated within 3 months and asus warranty is of no help. all they can say is no issue. battery useless

Unfortunately my 3 years old intel $370 laptop does my photoshop and excel big files calculations faster than this one. Will return after 2 days owning it.

Doesn’t perform good. Expensive. Del and hp and Mac pro are much better. I paid 1200 for it but it doesn’t worth it. I regret buying it.

I was pretty happy with the experience so far. However, I was not able to charge. The battery capacity did not change even I have plugged in for a day.

The little machine runs great. Has great power, lids fast, looks clean, great little dude. Lacks excess USB ports, but a usb bank easily fixes that

This laptop got a lot of good review so I decided to buy it. I returned it after couple days. Performance is bad for the price.

Was very excited to receive. I currently have an old gaming computer that I wanted to replace and so happy with this ASUS. I love how portable it is and How powerful it is. Got 144hz easy on my gaming monitor. Screen is a little small so a monitor is a must. Overall very happy with purchase.

I knew I was going to return it as I was unpacking it. Bulky shape, too small, and really didn’t care for it.
