Been using the G14 for about 3 weeks now. Been great so far. Do take note about the heat coming out from the laptop as it can get hot when running high on performance.

This thing is a power house... having said that I hate it. It has usb ports right where I use my mouse on the right hand side. It only has 2. Not much else. It has a white keyboard with white backlite... you can't see the symbols on the keyboard. The screen is small. Hey, I tried, I spent about 8 days playing on it every day. Taking it back tomorrow.

Amazing laptop, outperforms new laptops with 11th gen, this laptop has the best specs. Don't buy the new 11th gen, buy this. Amazing refresh rate.

Just bought this for coding school and I can’t wait to try it out! All the specs seem great for what I’m trying to do! Super excited!

Seems great so far, the specs at this price are great! keyboard backlighting isn't great on the white version though.

Amazing little machine, but asus definitely has some quality control issues. Works great but runs a bit hot.

Going from a 17 inch laptop with a 1050ti to this is a huge jump. I cant get over how amazing the keyboard is.

Purchases this laptop back in October of 2020. Worked great for 2.5 years until it died recently. First the power brick that came with it stopped charging the laptop. So used the USB-C charging until I could get a new power brick. Then the laptop stopped charging altogether on USB-C. From forums online it looks like USB-C can fry the motherboard. I would advise against buying the G14 series laptops. ASUS essentially makes a dud product that won’t last you for years like you’d expect. Would rather warn others so they don’t throw away a lot of money like I did. Seems like I’m not the only one that has had similar experiences.

I order this laptop from best buy.. all works great.. except for the speakers.. one of them rattles.. which brings the experience all the way down.. i tried to get in touch with best buy about this, no response.. would really like to get an answer for that speaker problem. PD: battery is great.. but i dont get the full 8+ hours as advertised.

This is a great machine, it does get extremely hot. Unless you do the regsistry trick to limit the turbo, and this will cool down the thermal a lot. The graphics power is nice, but could be better, a 2070 will beat this hands down. I had this laptop for a month and a half, and it's now rma, I had to send it to asus for repair. The Graphics card went out, only a month and a half of usage. The "D" key on the keyboard is starting to fade, from normal usage. I'm disappointed in the Quality control. The graphics card died, less than 60 days. I'm currently waiting for Asus to fix the laptop. The speakers are the best, I've ever seen on a laptop. The screen is so so. Not great, but it gets the job done. The battey life is awesome and the portability is nice. I would not purchase this laptop again, the quality control is horrible. The ports are limited, not thunderbolt. Only one ssd slot, no room for expansion. The keyboard backlight is the worst ever. I've replaced this laptop with the Alienware m15, and the 2070 is a big upgrade over the 3060, I'm getting like 40 percent more in fps on most games.

Worked fine for about a year and a half and then started overheating like crazy. Now it won’t turn on. Imo laptops should last four or five years, especially at this price range. Wouldn’t buy again.

Initial impressions are strong. Excellent quality out of the box. This thing is a beast despite it's size. I wouldn't even think of ever owning a Crapbook Pro (watch Louis Rossmann on YouTube to get an idea as to why), and wanted a performer for video editing... this checks all the boxes and has a BEAUTIFUL case with amazing fit and finish.

Awesome gaming laptop with mega fast speed...1tb ssd and enough RAM in a portable laptop to rival any desktop speeds...plus found out after purchase that ASUS offers 1 free year of protection that I paid 200 to geek squad for...cancelled the geek squad btw for a full refund...all said, ASUS backs this computer and its lightning fast speeds
