A fantastic value for a powerful 14” machine. My sister and I each bought one and they’re both running everything we do like champs. I definitely work mine harder with streaming games on an external monitor and 4K video editing. The only thing lacking is I/O but ASUS can only fit so much on a 14” laptop, that’s what USB-C hubs are for!

Great battery life and speed. This machine runs games buttery smooth with very little lagging.

I recently bought the Zephyrus g14 and I will say that it is easily the best gaming laptop that I've had. The design is sleek and not to gamer-ish to bring out into public. The combination of power and portability makes this one of the best products on the market. I lover everything about the laptop, if there is one downside it is definitely that the keyboard lighting is subpar. Everything else works perfectly and in a very small package.

I am a software developer, and I wanted a nice laptop with an AMD processor. The laptop itself is great, but don’t try to run Linux on it. I tried four distros and none would run the video correctly. Eventually I had to reinstall Windows. Besides that, the laptop is great. I run docker containers, browsers, terminal windows, multiple fat IDEs simultaneously, and the computer rarely ever breaks a sweat. Great computer.

This is an excellent computer, perfect for doing anything I want to do. Despite being a laptop, and a thin one at that, it runs a steady frame rate on Cyberpunk 2077, with medium Ray tracing turned on. I haven't had any problems with this laptop at all, and that's even including my 13 hour session of Cyberpunk. Highly Recommend

Fantastic laptop, handles all the games I play on highest settings. Battery life is great.

Who would've ever thought this light of laptop can play a game, I mean REALLY play it. Battery lasts long enough for daily tasks and Ryzen CPU is powerful enough to bring on 10 and more threads/processes to run at the same time, all the while running an intense game. I love it. I can't wait to see a Radeon GPU with it to do smart shift next time!

Got this laptop to do illustration/graphic work and also for gaming. It works well for what I use it for. It boots up quick and runs smoothly even if I use many detail heavy layers in my art programs. Graphics set to ultra high settings in games are beautiful. Speakers are excellent. I enjoy the colors on the laptop, it matches my headphones, nice and clean aesthetics. Overall a decent laptop.

Wonderful laptop. Small but powerful and beautiful

This computer is everything I needed in a computer for productivity and gaming all in one. As long as you do your research before you buy there should be no surprises. The backlit keyboard is not great and it tends to get a little warm but I was aware of that before purchase. A laptop cooler and just turning off the back light fixed it right up.

I'm a software engineer and I've been using this machine as my primary development and analysis machine. I have been modifying my code to take advantage of all of the cores / threads in some of my apps only to find how fast the internal nvme drive (I spawned 16 processes's each analyzing 2 gigs of data and writing out the results. Pegged all the processors and the HDD was at 15% (usually this would be hd speed bound).

Pc mag was right saying this was best gaming laptop. Just wish it had a webcam

I was looking for a laptop to serve multiple roles for a few years - replace the 15" laptop that was the heart of my system for a decade, be an upper mid-range gaming backup for a relatively new desktop, and be small and light enough, with decent battery life, to stand in for my old tablet. So far this does all of that pretty easily. It's amazingly small and light especially considering its power and speed and how cool it does run during gaming. It seems well-built, with a good responsive keyboard and touchpad. I initially missed that 1" difference in screen size but am now fine with the 14" and wouldn't trade for its portability (and sleek look). It's also reasonably priced, especially relative to those with similar specs and functions. I highly recommend it unless you are one of two user types: you usually play the newest and most graphically demanding games, or you really need and use a built in webcam which it does not have (but it is VR ready and it does have a built in microphone). Others have noted two things that missed the mark. They weren't critical features for me but they could bother some much more: The fingerprint reader would have been great if it worked reliably but it is VERY iffy; and the backlighting is very mediocre in daylight conditions, although adequate in darker settings. That said, I'm still very pleased with the purchase and how well it fits a variety of my needs and I highly recommend it.

I bought this with the hopes of streaming on Twitch and gaming at the same time. It exceeds my expectations. I can stream comfortably and play all my favorite games with little to no issues. Not only does it perform well but the compact design makes it easy to travel with. My only complaint is how hot the keyboard tends to get with long hours of gameplay. Other than that this is an amazing product and well worth the money!

I switched to this laptop(May batch) from an old HP Envy and it has been a great experience. I use it everyday for schoolwork, work or gaming. For programming, the screen size is kind of limiting and there is no page up/down. I don't have an external screen, but I mapped the page up/down to other keys. For gaming, I mostly play shooters like overwatch. I play on low settings, and it can reach 200+ fps when uncapped. For open world games like Assassin's creed Valhalla, on high settings I get 30+ fps. The keyboard gets hot so sweat/oils will stains the keys and palm rest. Can easily cleaned though. I have no issue with this laptop in terms of hardware. However the software can cause issues, like high power draw(30000 mWh instead of the usual 8-10k mWh) on non-intensive tasks(ex: doing absolutely nothing). Battery lasts less than 2 hours on 30k+ draw. It can last 9hrs+ on 8-10k draw. A restart/update/charging USUALLY fixes it. Also it eats dust fast, so open it up and clean the fans regularly. A q-tip did the job(no need to unmount the fans/heatpipes/CPU/GPU
