Overall, I enjoyed the time I had this little beast of a gaming laptop, however while the cpu performance was excellent on this unit, the gpu I truly think is a letdown, a stronger/better gpu would have made this a keeper for sure. Also the screen ghosting/input lag/response time is awful on this unit. Otherwise this would have been perfect.

I have been looking around for a new laptop as result of my late 2013 macbook getting old with battery issues. Considering how AMD has been very competitive as of late, I figured why not an AMD laptop. And that brought me to this laptop. From the reviews I have seen it definitely mirrors them. Of course there are some minor annoyances such as the keyboard lighting but in my experience, it is purely situational. I noticed once buying it that you have to play around with some of the features to get that 10 hours of battery life, which I haven't done all but I am getting 8+ on normal usage. You can change a lot of the settings to your heart's content. Honestly, for this size of a laptop with this specs, especially for the price point ( even more so if it's on sale like I bought it), then it is a great laptop to pick up. What I really like about this laptop is that it tones down the "gaming" aesthetic and looks more like a conventional laptop. This is also excellent for productivity given the specs. Hook up to a monitor and that provides even more real estate if needed. I had this laptop for only a week but I am really satisfied with it. I definitely recommend it considering the price per performance.

After owning several 17" gaming laptops I was over the idea of larger laptops I had to buy a special bag for just to carry around. This laptop is super light, super portable, and super fast. I was initially concerned that the laptop screen may be too small. However the screen bezel is so small that it's hardly noticeable, most people might actually mistake it for a 15" at first glance. You honestly couldn't ask for higher specs in such a small laptop at this price point. Favorite laptop I've owned. Couple of quick small gripes, all of which are pretty much pointed out on any Youtube video review of this laptop: -On the white model, the backlit keys are really hard to see well in a lit room. Asus has improved this with a patch but it could still be a tad better. -Fingerprint scanner is a joke, it works maybe 20% of the time? -No webcam, although depending on your view you might look at this as a feature. -No network port, however you technically could connect one via one of the USB or USB-C ports. I think it's worth pointing out though that the wifi card is wifi 6 and even on my wifi 5 router it's probably the fastest built in wifi card I think I've seen. I typically see 50MB/s+ transfer speeds across my home network.

Best. Laptop. Value. I went from a macbook pro 15 inch to this and I can’t believe I paid $1000 more for an inferior product. MacBooks are great yet this thing is on another league. You can video edit AND play PC games on Ultra settings. Only downside is that it doesn’t have a webcam, you will need to buy one and they are hard to find these days.

I love it now that I figured out the overheating issue when gaming. Make sure you have a decent cooling pad (mine has 3 fans). Pause windows update and close unnecessary background processes. The graphics are simply amazing for a mid range laptop! Everything loads super fast and starts up nice. Very fast laptop, the SSD is great

Very impressed with this computer. Outpaces my expectations. Fast, quiet (haven’t used it for gaming yet, but I do a lot of memory intensive work on it). Definitely recommend. Quality display and doesn’t get too hot. Keyboard leaves a bit to be desired and the interface looks cheap but the keys provide great feedback. Not an issue for me.

Good laptop. Good quality build and great performance

This is a nice plug-n-play PC that lacks the ability to expand SSD/NVME drives, RAM, and no PCIE(USBC) port for eGPU upgrade. If you can live w/that, then this is a good laptop to carry around. The low TDP of the ryzen CPU / GPU has been traded for near passive cooling.

I really like the size and usability of this particular laptop. I originally got it so that I can use it for a combination of work and play however I tried launching a game (Guild Wars 2) and the top portion of the laptop (the area where the power button is) all the way across, get's extremely hot to the point where I can't even touch it. I can hear the fans on full blast but it doesn't help at all. For anything else, it works just great. The laptop is fast and smooth. Portability is great with it's size and weight but the screen can still be a bit small. I'm used to using a 15" screen in the past and do notice a difference. Also as other reviews mention, there's no webcam so that can be another downside to this product. Overall, it's a very nice unit and might have to look into getting a HDMI cable to cast onto a larger screen to alleviate the problem of the heat and just having a bigger monitor overall.

A wonderful personal gaming laptop that won't look gaudy at the office or the hospital. Quite responsive with decent graphics and more than enough on the hardware front gaming for most users. Yes it can run slightly warm on your lap depending on GPU usage but there is an easy fix for that. Give it a shot - I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Having a blast with the laptop. Though I did run into a problem with the laptop where on a rare occasion the laptop would just go black and I would have to restart my laptop with the power button.

Awesome gaming laptop would recommend for someone on a budget

Good laptop with awesome specs. But i ended up returning it due to heat issues. I tried to play warzone on it and it ended up getting really hot and shutting down. But for lower graphics intense games and daily multitasking this laptop would have been great. Also probably the best specs possible in this price range.

Yeah it’s hot and a little loud but it is fast! Gamers required.

Based solely on the amount of time my son spends on this thing, I would say it is a good product! The aesthetic of the laptop are great and he loves the ease of use and portability. Overall, a good purchase for use and value for gaming without breaking the bank.
