One of the fastest laptops there is. For those who don’t care about the perception of brand and care most about perfomance and processing speed - this is by far the best value for the specs given. The performance is undeniably one of the fastest in the market and is no less than that of a dell precision with i7.

Received it today via UPS. Wiped the solid state drive and installed Windows 10 fresh to get rid of any bloatware. Updated the bios and ran a few tweaks I found on reddit. So far so good, will update after I buy a few games, possibly Forza or CoD style games.

Overall this laptop is good, it just has 1 flaw which is the radeon gpu. The first one i got started to artifact, I disabled the radeon gpu amd ran windows on the rtx 2060 and it worked flawless so i returned it. The second one i received has another amd related issue, I noticed my display was flickering after i updated the amd drivers, but the flicker wasnt consistent. It only happened on first boot of the day or when the power is disconnected. That issue was solved by turning off free sync in the amd display properties, not a big deal since i use the rtx 2060 for games. Other than that it does what its supposed to do. Currently the only upgrade ive done so far is the ram, I have 40 GB on it. (32+8) 3200 Mhz in dual channel (yes it was verified). My next planned upgrade will be a 4/8 TB m.2 nvme drive (to replace the 2TB external game/media drive i have). This laptop has been my daily driver since January, it replaced a dell xps13. I currently use it for media design, music production and games.

This has been rated as the best laptop by multiple websites for a reason. It is a complete powerhouse. Just be prepared to tweak a few things as some laptops have a few bugs that need tweaking to fix.

Sleek, Clean design and Excellent mix of business and gaming. Plays all games currently available in late 2020 at high graphics. Screen is vivid and bright. Only downside id say is that it starts getting hot pretty quick but i've not had any problems thus far. No Webcam - Should have at least included a basic one.

Could not be happier. Was looking at other laptops for school, but wanted one that could do some gaming too. All this continues to do is blow me away. The hype is real behind this laptop. If you were having second thoughts, don't. For this price point, I don't think there is a better laptop out there.

Very happy with this purchase, I bought this to upgrade the laptop in my music studio and it does everything I need it to in handling vst intensive sessions and large 24 or 32 bit files in my DAW, as well as providing enough power to USB midi controllers and devices. It's small which makes it great for mobile recording or taking to sessions at other studios, but no so small that things are missing on the screen in the DAW windows. The only issue that came up, and as a FYI for others considering this for music production, the USB A port for whatever reason would not recognize my 2nd generation iLok but it worked fine on a hub connected to the USB C ports, Don't consider this a big negative though. All in all great laptop, and if you get open box (I got the excellent grade open box) you'll get a nice discount too.

I bought this as a replacement for my macbook pro. I wanted a computer that I can use for games and at the same time, be able to work. I am a graphic designer/3D modeler so this was a perfect fit for my needs. I would highly recommend this computer for anymore that wants the best of both worlds, in a portable option.

This is a great laptop! The battery life isnt the greatest but it runs really nice. It doesnt come with a bunch of garbage pre-installed so that is really nice. It has a really big hard drive and is very fast. I have not had a chance to play any games yet but I doubt it will be a problem.

So far I haven’t had any problems that I noticed. I messed with the settings on the computer to increase the battery life so it lasts longer than 8 hrs. I think it good but, this is my first computer so I don’t really have much to base it off on. Kinda sad that I didn’t get the one with the animax display.

Great all around laptop, it does everything you would expect to be able to do. Writing, content creating, development, gaming it handled everything. If you want to just sit outside playing snake and watching funny cat videos or be inside destroying AAA titles while fighting side by side with your friends this is the laptop for you. My only complaint would be thermal performance and the fingerprint scanner not working 100% of the time; both of which could easily be solved with an update or just search the web for thermal settings and come to terms with the fingerprint working 40% of the time and BAM! Perfect laptop. I do miss the numberpad but the power/value/portability of this machine helps me forgive it. Just know, fan noise is as average as other products in the industry and the keyboard gets hot during intense sessions and hot air blows against the screen which I am concerned overtime might cause issues but roughly 1 month in no issues at all. In summary, I have no regrets in my purchase and would buy this product again.

Fantastic gaming laptop. Small, thin and compact which is perfect for me since I need to stay mobile, it looks and feels nice and well-made, and it can run any game you throw at it with very short load times. All in all, I would highly recommend this laptop for anyone who wants a beast that's portable.

The machine works great and the fact that you can extend the battery life up to 10 hours is really useful for the business guy the gamer and just about anybody should pick up one of these babies if you can afford it Oh and by the way the display is way bigger than you would expected for a 14-in laptop

This is a great Laptop, very powerful, beautiful screen. Battery leaves a lot to be desired but thats par for the course for a gaming laptop. The keyboard feels great and I type significantly faster using it then any other keyboard I have ever used

One of the best ultra slim gaming laptops. The cpu is a monster. Can run quite hot, though there are solutions for that. I recommend a cooling pad if you're doing intense gaming. Type C charging is awesome. Screen is beautiful, though lacking in brightness if you enjoy using your machine outdoors.

Sadly I haven’t had the same experience as most of these reviews. In my experience, this computer doesn’t run games very well. They lag, occasionally the screen will start flickering/strobing, and every once in a while I get crashes. It is extremely disappointing considering the specs should be able to handle these games. The laptop also gets incredibly hot while playing games. I cannot play it on my lap or with my hands or it would straight up burn me. Overall, I’m very disappointed. I’ll have to save up and buy a different one ASAP if I want to continue gaming well.

This thing is absolutely incredible. Runs AAA Titles no problem. I love this laptop. Lighting fast, especially on boot. I do miss a keypad and a camera, but the quality more than makes up for it. Also, surprisingly great quality sound. 10 out of 10

This is now currently my everyday laptop. Perfect for school stuff on the go, and perfect for video games. Only downside is no camera. Had to purchase on for Class sessions and couldn't get one for a while due to current pandemic situation. But if you have one or can easily obtain one, this laptop is perfect.

100% zero regrets for buying this laptop. First, it is beautiful. Second, the AMD chip is blazing fast. Third, there's no real bloatware on this through ASUS. Had it set up in under 30 minutes. Handles gaming and photo editing extremely well!

I purchased this laptop on a whim due to my desktop burning up a gpu, so far this purchase has been an excellent one the laptops build quality is amazing and its surprising how asus was able to pack so much power in such a thin and light weight design, I highly recommend this laptop.
