The computer works perferctly. The only down side about tgus computer is that it gets very hot. But that happens to all gaming computers.

This laptop is a really good product in term of the hardware. The gpu is ok and the cpu is super fast. But I have some problems with the gpu fan after only a year of using which is a shame.

The power of a 15"+ gaming laptop in a slim 14" chassis. Clean design without any flashy elements or odd angles. The 120Hz screen lifts the body up off the surface when it is opened, helping airflow. Incredible processor with 8 cores/16 threads for vast multitasking capabilities. RTX 2060 Max-Q graphics runs games pretty effortlessly on higher settings, and combined with the high refresh display is a great experience. Speakers sound great, Keyboard feels good to type on, and its got a big battery for lots of time off the charger when doing lightweight tasks. Only negative things I've noted: The SSD isn't the fastest (though still quite fast), no built in webcam, the keyboard font makes it a little hard to read with the backlight on, and there isn't an external charging indicator light. Some installed software is annoying but can be deleted. A power setting specific to the processor should be changed to keep temperatures under control, details can be found searching for this model.

I love this laptop. The only thing that I don’t love is the fans. They are so loud and after about 6 months they started to not work. Got them replaced under warranty and it went back to be great. Another 6 months pass and same thing happens

This is my first gaming laptop and I was extremely impressed with the quality and easy it was to setup. I strongly recommend that if you have some extra money you're willing to spend, this would be the laptop. Only downfall to this laptop is that there is no camera, but I knew this when I bought it.

Probably the best laptop you can get in this price range right now, with great performance and great battery life (follow the G14 reddit page to get tips) If you care about a bigger screen, investing in a good desk monitor would be good but the laptop's screen handles like a champ for most things.

Been using this laptop for almost 5 months and I have had 1 problem overall. After 2 months, the screen had completely gone black and unresponsive. Luckily with the 1 year warranty I was able to send the laptop to Geek Squad for it to be repaired. So far the laptop works great.

This laptop is top-notch, the same chip as ps5 and Xbox Series X, but even faster. That’s all I will say. This is the best of 2020

This might sound overhyped because I came from an Intel Celeron N4000 CPU which is literally TRASH. And this isn’t a freakin bot or a human that got paid to write this. This laptop is great. It features an AMD Ryzen 9 4900HS which is faster than the Intel i9-9980HK (according to YouTubers) while consuming less power. It also has a Nvidia RTX 2060 Max-Q, which is a great plus to this laptop since it is always better to have a discrete GPU. Display. I like it and the 120 hertz look totally AWESOME. Overall, great value for money. At $1,399.99, you can get a lot worse (before I found this laptop, I almost got an LG Gram 17” 2020 but the Asus Zephyrus G14 is way better).

This is by far the best laptop I've owned. Small, blazing-fast, and extremely comfortable. I was a bit worried that the matte screen would appear dull but it's actually bright with vibrant colors. Trackpad, keyboard, and audio are great too. Great for productivity, video editing, and gaming.

This laptop is amazing after a minor modification. The build quality is top notch, feels extremely sturdy. Temps don't exceed 75 C as long as CPU boost is disabled. It's a shame but I don't like seeing temps on my systems above 80 C if I can help it.

Not without a couple flaws, but this laptop is in a class of its own. Insane power for the form factor and battery life that is unrivaled. I highly recommend anyone pick this up if you're looking for a portable powerhouse.

This laptop has by far the best performance to weight ratio of any laptop I have used. The CPU is incredible, as fast as a desktop Ryzen 2700x. The GPU is also very good. The speakers are the best I've heard in any laptop, and it has four of them instead of the usual two. I also like that it has a USB-C port that supports video output, which allows me to connect it to a mouse, keyboard, monitor, network, and DVD drive with just one cable. There is also a standard HDMI port to allow directly connecting to a monitor or projector without an adapter. However, there are some shortcomings, the first of which is that this laptop does not have a webcam. Additionally, only one of the two 8GB memory modules can be upgraded, the other is soldered to the board. Another potential issue is that there is no 2.5" drive bay and only a single m.2 SSD slot. It comes with Windows 10 Home, but can be upgraded to Pro. There is also no onboard Ethernet, although a USB Ethernet adapter works fine.

Has been a great reliable gaming laptop so far I love how portable it is without giving up quality. My only complaints are that it can overheat when left on the charger for too long and I’ve had to restart it a few times but it’s been reliable none the less.

I love this laptop, it’s more powerful than my high end gaming pc I built three years ago. It’s amazing how quick technology moves forward each year. But I don’t have no complains just wish I was able to get an 2080 ti version.

Great deal. I bought it open box excellent condition. This laptop exceeded my expectations. Love the design and shape. The graphics are awesome. I'm surprised by the processor speed. It's perfect for gaming.

This is an awesome laptop. Just got it today. Got all the drivers updated the very first thing when I started window. Slick and fast. Will come back to provide details after a few weeks of use. So far it is stunningly gorgeous.

I bought this for my daughter who just started some classes for 3D animation and visual effects, she wanted to be able to work on projects from home. So far it’s been perfect for her, she hasn’t had any problems with it and the programs she’s used so far run very well on it (3DS Max, Maya). She really likes that the laptop doesn’t get too hot. She had to run a batch render of some particle effects and it took a very long time (which is normal even for the computers at her school), but the laptop never overheated (it was on a raised stand also for better airflow underneath) in the 40 or so hours it took for the render. Overall a very good purchase and useful to her. We will see how well it does as she continues in her classes.

I have had this Laptop for a Week Now and it has been pretty great in usage except a I have encountered Small Problem, it Overheats Pretty fast to high Temperatures When Gaming, but Other than that, I Think this Laptop if Very Good For Everyday Usage and Gaming.

First gaming laptop, and was lost at what to get. The reviews on here really helped my decision. This is a great laptop, and as far as gaming and portability, I love it. The speakers are also fantastic. I was so tempted to return it and get something else, but ended up liking it too much. Some people state the FPS isn't what it should be, but I can't speak for that. I've been a console gamer all my life so I was totally blown away by the way it performed, especially playing games I've already played and seeing the difference. Big flaw was the need to manually adjust the settings out of the box for this beauty to actually work as advertised, I got some seriously weak battery life but reddit will help you out a lot as well.
