Has amazing specification however unfortunately when playing COD it overheats. The PC itself After some research found Ryzen 9 runs hot. So recommend if you are going to use for like autocad or multitasking but not for high graphics gaming. Unfortunately I returned and purchased a desktop as they have better cooling system.

RTX Looks amazing, especially on Minecraft. It does get hot when playing graphic intensive games, so I bought a a small thing to sit it on that has fans blowing on it. It works great whether you use it on your lap or on a desk.

It doesn’t have an Ethernet port, which is fine because it you can purchase a USB adapter for that. Also has no webcam and runs really loud. After trying and failing to run VR, upgraded to the G15 and am much happier. The G15 was only 100 dollars more and I would say worth it.

Finally a windows device that can actually come some what close to the audio quality of a macbook. I was looking for a smaller form factor then the typical 15.6 in. But also something powerful that doesnt screem "Gamer" I feel anyone could walk into a business meeting with this device and it would not be out of place whatsover. So far better then I could have expected. Defintely would recommend.

I had it in my backpack for 20 minutes and it got up to 80 degrees Celsius while it was turned off. It was fast but way too hot and loud.

Please allow us to make your experience with ASUS a better one. here's a possibility that there are background apps and Windows updates causing the unit to perform as it does. What we've observed with the Windows 10 operating system is that once the unit is not being used all background and installed apps including Windows updates will fire up. We would recommend that you check for and install updates. This will cause the unit to run a bit hotter than normal and in turn ramp up the fan speed. We would recommend that the user check for and install all updates for all installed applications. Multiple restarts are recommended to ensure all updates are installed. Best laptop for gaming and intro animation

This laptop was recommended to me by a trusted IT friend to suit those needs. All the gamers who see this laptop say it's legit. The kids are able to work on their interest with no lag or issues. Planning to buy a second one. Only thing I didn't like is that it does not have a built in camera.

Yes, it doesn't affect the performance but I expected it has from the reviews. If I knew I'm not getting the same product as the reviews said, I should have waited for the Dell G5 15 SE.

Within one week, had a home screen glitch that made the computer inoperable and the only fix from asus was to wipe it and start all over. My rog armory crate button doesnt work after the reset. And i have been having a visual full sceen color glitch that is only fixed by cloing the application and starting all over. And , yes, the backlighting on the keyboard is very poor. This computer has the possibility to be a game changer but m y experience hasnt quite showed me that. I wish your hard earned money got a little better reliability. There are so many great things about this computer........it is just being let down by some software issues.
