Over the 2 years that I've used this machine, I've had an absolute horrid time, with both the quality control of the hardware and the customer service offered by both Best Buy and Asus. The first thing to go wrong was the poor battery life. Literally out of the box this machine had/has issues where the GPU gets triggered for no reason which sucks the (touted to be 10 hrs by asus) battery life down to a measly 2.5 - 4 hrs, which makes it almost useless as a laptop. After that the up arrow key broke off and I was told by both Best Buy and Asus that I'd need to ship the whole laptop (that I've been using as my work computer) back to Asus just to replace a key cap, because it was considered to be self-servicing the laptop and they did want customers possibly damaging the machine further. Because replacing a keycap is more risky than literally shipping the thing across the entire country I guess. Another fault of the machine is that one of the fans has developed a very charming rattly buzz that sounds like a sentient wounded helicopter pleading to be put out of it misery. Its gotten so bad I can hear it on the other side of my house if I've forgotten to turn the thing off, which speaks to how randomly the fans kick on in this thing. Finding replacement parts has proven to be a nightmare and I am severely disappointed by the experience as a whole. I'd like for asus to get their heads out of their asus and develop a time machine, so I can go back and never buy this stupid machine. Seriously, if you are in the market for a laptop, go with a macbook pro or something, not this wannabe monstrosity.

great computer! delivers on everything it advertises. fairly decent price point to specs. unfortunately this model doesnt support the aniME matrix display which is a major bummer, but considering its like an 800$ difference just for a personalization option its worth it. albeit it is a super cool personalization option, i dont think its worth the price difference between models.

This is an excellent 14-inch thin gaming laptop. I purchased my first Asus product after reading glowing reviews about this laptop. I previously only bought Dell laptops. The Asus Zephyrus G14 laptop is very fast, excellent screen and the gaming for a laptop this thin is unbelievable. I highly recommend this excellent laptop whether its light work or gaming

This is an excellent entry model gaming laptop with more power than you could hope for the price. It looks aesthetically pleasing and not too garish or "Gamer Cool". The display and sound quality are great as is the performance. Most of my qualms with it are minor. The backlighting on the keyboard is inconsistent and even in silent mode the fans can get exceptionally loud.
